Customer Reviews
Waikiki Massage Clinic has a rating of 4.7 out of 5 based on over 318 reviews on Google
I’ve been frequenting this place for the past year. It is clean, located over the Ala Wai bridge from Kalakuau avenue. The owner is polite and welcoming. I get the 90 minute superior course massage which includes a hot stone massage. I also get a full body scrub as an add on. Usually, I always get Joy but it was her day off today and Kelly was available. Both are phenomenal and put a lot of effort into their work and they don't short you on time. The reason I reduced my rating to 3 stars is because after have having read other reviews, I checked my receipts for any discrepancies. Similar to other reviewers, I am being overcharged because the $30.00 USD that I pay online to hold my reservation in advance, is not being reflected onto my final transactions. I am hoping that this has not been intentionally done but I will make sure that I bring proof that I have made a $30.00 USD prepayment prior to my next massage. Hence, today, I should have only been charged $60($30 prepayment) for the 90 minute superior massage with the $30 body scrub equaling $90 USD. I'm a generous customer, always giving a 20% tip so here's hoping that the owner will read this and be more careful.
Such as relaxing and professional environment. The ladies were very welcome and the massage was exceptional! You will be left relaxed and getting value for money. I left like the knots in my back were removed. Hours after the massage I still felt relaxed. Shout out to Jenny Vivi and Ivy. Ask for these ladies.
The best massage I've had in a while. They allowed us the change the time and come in earlier. Vivi and joy were very professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend during your stay in Hawaii.
Excellent massage experience! The staff was very nice, and my wife and I were very well treated by Anna and Kelly. We left feeling completely refreshed!
240 for 2 hours of couple massage, cant complaint about it, they did a good job
Couples massage was great! Anna and Kelly are very professional and accommodating, they targeted all our requested areas and were very adaptable with pressure. Great experience!
Coco was amazing! She provided a full body massage, particularly emphasizing the importance of taking care of feet. This is the most relaxed I’ve been!
