Angel Massage

My good friend gifted me a $50 gift certificate for a 1 hour full body massage. Upon arrival I was advised that the $50 massage was only feet and back, although they have the service listed as 30 minutes feet/30 minutes body. I was then asked to pay an extra $10 for an actual full body massage. The massage itself was decent only AFTER being charged another $10 for oil that did not come with the service. To top it off when my massage was over I was held hostage at the door by my masseuse demanding a $20 tip. I explained to her I’d paid with a gift certificate in the first place and was not expecting to pay for additional fees not included with the service like OIL!!! After finally being released I would not recommend this place unless you’re good with being robbed for a tip after being conned by the prices.

This was a very unprofessional and very uncomfortable experience. Not only was the temperature when you walk in an uncomfortable 75 degrees in July, but the door was left ajar to my room while the massage therapist was giving my massage. My massage was interrupted three times to go speak to someone at the front desk again, leaving the door ajar. There are bells on the door and chimes so that when anyone walks in, it’s super loud. In addition to this, the walking back-and-forth of the person upfront down the halls, running water and faucets you couldn’t even let your mind rest because of the noise level.. The towels they used felt like sandpaper, rubbing against my skin and when I was faced down, the table opening was "sealed" so I couldn’t breathe. I had to rip a hole through it. The worst part of my experience was when I left I even left added a tip (18%) which I thought was more than fair for the less than professional and comfortable experience. The pressure tactics this company uses are openly complaining in front of other customers if you don’t leave what they desire (written down in front of you when you pay and underlined what THEY think is good for them)! I asked for a medium pressure massage, but was either given light or hard. I’m not sure if it was the understanding or just the massage therapist herself. I will never up back! You are forewarned.

Good massage but they force you to tip their price on top of what you already paid crazy and greedy and then they’re guarding the door as if we can’t leave until tipped… unacceptable

Does not want to honor groupon voucher, just hanged up the phone while booking, I guess all the horrible reviews here are accurate. Take your business somewhere else.

I've been here a few times and they never disappoint. I have a lot of knots so I get the deep tissue massage and they always focus on those spots. I always come out feeling way better than when I entered and will continue to go whenever I can. I appreciate everything they do and how kind and professional they are.
