I'm sure Jeremy can do all kinds of massage, but I'm always in need of deep tissue, which not all therapists can do effectively. Jeremy's deep tissue (sports) massage is simply the best I've ever had. He is excellent at finding the toughest spots and working through them. He provides traction, assisted stretches, and many different techniques customized to what my body needs on that day. His understanding of the body and expertise at massage are simply unmatched in my 15+ years of getting deep tissue massage. On top of all that, he is so kind, smart, easygoing, and truly enjoyable in conversation. This is what massage excellence feels like.

As a fellow healthcare professional, it was nice to spend time with Jeremy discussing what was bothering me before beginning the massage. Jeremy is very skilled and engaging, pointing out areas that require further attention, and providing advice for improving tension and flexibility outside of the massage. I can't recommend him enough!

Jeremy is an absolute professional and truly takes the time to get to know you. He’s very attentive to your needs and problem areas and does a phenomenal job. I’ve been seeing Jeremy for well over a year now and I can honestly say he’s helped me work through shoulder and back pain that were bothering me for years beforehand. If you’re dealing with pain issues, flexibility needs or honestly just want a good massage…he is your guy! I don’t often leave reviews but he’s improved my health and well being so much that I want others to have the same!

This was my first professional body massage and I loved every bit of it. I didn't realize I had so much tension all over my body until Jeremy finished my massage. My body was so relaxed. To be honest, I may have dozed off a few times until he reached those knots in my shoulders but once he smoothed them out I went back to sleep, that's just how good he is. The whole experience was amazing and very professional. I will be returning.

Amazing! Jeremy's professional and very relaxed demeanor made me feel comfortable. The atmosphere of the studio was also very professional and soothing and smelled terrific! I could smell the aromatherapy before I got to the door. The hours are flexible so Jeremy was able to accommodate my very busy work schedule and I enjoyed the debriefing segment of my massage therapy session as he shared the "trouble spots" he felt as he massaged me. Already talking about him to family and friends. Definitely will be returning for continued treatment. He's also very reasonably priced!

Where do I even start?! I found Jeremy through work, as a stress relief that they provide for employees which is a tease for 15 min. However, I was given a certificate as a raffle winner and oh my! I was so excited to go in for a full massage, let me tell you Jeremy’s techniques and service were amazing! He helped me through my back pain, knots and trouble spots and made me feel so much better afterwards. His location is in a nice central area, place was clean and very calming. He has all the nice tools (Dyson air purifier, calming sounds and aromatherapy and more) to help you reach that level of relaxation as well! 10/10 Definitely will be coming back!

5 Stars = Best in Class service: Great Service, Great Massage and Great Value. I have been getting professional massages for the last 5+ years, but I had never found anyone I was comfortable with. I was referred to Jeremy Runnels and The Body's Source by my Chiropractor and simply put, he is the best LMT I have found! Jeremy is the owner and personally handles all of the administrative arrangements AND the massage, so you're always in good hands...so to speak. 🙂 His facilities are clean and modern and he is very professional. When you arrive, Jeremy will discuss any issues you are having or areas you would like him to focus on and he explains how the massage will flow. Jeremy's technique is smooth and relaxing and his knowledge of anatomy and physiology give him the skills to easily release knots and sooth tendonitis.
