I’m a retired massage therapist and is always very difficult for me to find the good massage person to go to since I know so much about different techniques and styles,my expectations are very high and I always get disappointed. I have travel the world and experienced many sessions from fancy spas to massages on the beach etc . Yesterday I had the pleasure of having a session at GOLDEN TOUCH MASSAGE by the owner Shelly a license massage therapist. The experience started as soon as I entered her office,immaculate clean , full of serenity and peace perfectly equipped at the right temperature with luxurious massage table and comfortable sheets with warm blankets and with the right lighting , so relaxing! After a consultation my session started with aromatherapy oils and the Shelley’s magic Golden touch !! Her knowledge her experience, dedication and professionalism paying attention to every aspect and detail of healing and the most incredible therapeutic skills. The use of hot stones as part of her own hands, the flow and rhythm trough the entire massage is just amazing! The results….. I have no words to describe how wonderful this therapist made me feel. Shelly YOU ARE THE BEST MASSAGE THERAPIST OF THE WORLD ! And I thank you for the love and dedication you give to your profession!!

I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder two years ago and was referred to Golden Touch Massage. At the time, I could only lift my left arm to shoulder height. I was also experiencing so much pain that it was difficult to sleep. After over 10 weeks of physical therapy, there had been no change in my mobility or pain level. The doctor was beginning to discuss surgery. I noticed a difference immediately following my first massage. The massage helped loosen the muscles and allowed me to increase mobility. Shelly also put together an exercise routine so that I could work on specific muscles at home. She alternated the exercise program as I started to gain more mobility. Through Shelly's efforts, I was able to gain full mobility in my shoulder. The doctor was so impressed by my recovery that he asked me for Shelly's card. Shelly is also wonderful in relieving stress and back pain. As with the shoulder issue, Shelly put together some stretches that I do every morning to relieve and prevent muscle strain in my back. She is by far the best person I have ever gone to for a massage. I like the fact that her location has convenient parking and the massage room is clean and relaxing. She is always on time and professional. I credit Shelly with allowing me to fully recover from frozen shoulder without surgery.

Shelley is such a knowledgeable and talented massage therapist. She intuitively knows what areas to work on and delivers a very therapeutic massage. She knows how to relieve pain, and I always leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I cannot recommend her more highly!

Shelly is the rare masseuse/ healer who understands the biomechanics of the human body. I recently had back pain so severe it sent me to the ER, where I was loaded up with drugs and sent home still in pain. That same day I went to Shelly who quickly found the problem---a muscle in severe spasm. After she worked on it, I was surprised by the improvement! I returned 3 days later for a second massage and was improved 90%---without pain pills and muscle relaxants! I highly recommend Shelly both for acute problems and routine prevention.

I am a full time student who had previously injured my lower back in 2003 and went in to see Shelly this week for the first time for my typical stiffness,aches and pains. Along with working full time and being a full-time student I also have a horrible sleeping pattern and haven't been able to sleep without taking OTC sleeping pills every night for the past three years. With that said...Shelly has the hands of a god! I haven't had to take any sleeping pills in the last three days, my digestive system is back on track and my back feels so much better. I am so happy to have found her. Shelly really understands the body and is very knowledgeable and gives helpfulhelp information on how to better your body.
