I booked the 90min introductory massage. And let me just tell you now, if you're considering booking.... DO IT. If you have been in pain and have been to countless massage therapists like I have Book the appointment. You will be glad you did. The massage therapist is very thorough and attentive. He listens well to your concerns and he even knew how to treat my usually non treated areas due to old injuries. This is not one of those places where you pay for a time and they shorten your time. He gave me all my time. He also had great recommendations for things I can purchase to assist with my posture. My body feels lighter, better aligned, my posture improved, I have greater mobility and I'm not in any pain. I almost feel like I have a new body. So needles to say.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I definitely will be back again, and again.😁🙌🏽

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a 90-minute introductory treatment with Garland for my birthday, and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. As someone who trains intensely with HIIT and marathon running, I’ve dealt with my fair share of pain and tightness, especially in my calves and lower back. His tailored approach made me feel safe and cared for, and the relief I felt afterward was incredible—honestly, he took 10 years off my life! The cupping therapy, in particular, worked wonders, easing so much of the pain I had been carrying for years. I’m coming back regularly for cupping, as well as for other treatments. Garland with Pre Bodyworks is a modern-day healer. I went into our session with significant pain in my neck and shoulders that wasn’t improving on its own. After listening to me and observing my body, Garland worked on my whole body to prepare it for the specific treatment my neck needed. With gentle and skilled hands, he unlocked two of my vertebrae and relieved pinched nerves in my neck. The next day, I felt like I was recovering rather than just surviving, and now I’m on the path to being pain-free and back to my normal life. Thank you, Pre Bodyworks, for saving me!

By far the best massage I have ever had and I need a heavy hand. He focused on my problem areas and I walked out of there feeling unwound and rejuvenated. Garland is super friendly and personable, but above all else, very professional. I'm so happy I found him, I will definitely be coming back.

This gentlemen is a stellar body worker. The office is well appointed, relaxing, and quiet. His technique is very effective and deliberate with attention to detail, specific to your individual needs. We are lucky to have this level of expertise centrally located in our city. Please note these pictures were taken after massage. Garland is an incredible massage therapist! He created a super comfortable atmosphere and applied amazing techniques exactly where I needed them. His knowledge and vast array of tools was amazing and he helped me locate some hidden scar tissue and address an old source of pain I didn't even realize was connected. He instinctively knew the perfect treatment and left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. My boyfriend felt the same way – Garland's skills were so impressive, we are considering moving to Houston just to be his regular clients!
