We drive from Spring Branch because we’ve always liked this place, but our recent visit was disappointing. I was caring for someone with Parkinson’s who needs extra time and caregiver support, yet the massage therapist rushed us and spoke with an attitude. I was also told I couldn’t stay in the room to assist, which is a safety concern. When I asked for a manager, the receptionist said I couldn’t have the number. People with special needs deserve patience and accommodations. I hope management addresses this so we can continue coming

Great experience! I suffer from neck pain to the point were I have to constantly take ibuprofen and let me tell you getting a massage here has gotten rid of the pain for months! Definitely a must and pricing is reasonable.

I came in for a 90-minute massage with a female therapist because I wanted to relax. I arrived on time, a little early, and the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. However, the massage itself was disappointing. I asked for medium pressure, and after about 10 minutes I asked her to press harder, but the stronger pressure was only applied in certain spots and still wasn’t what I expected. The therapist didn’t seem to know where to begin and kept moving from one area to another without any clear sequence, which made me feel uncomfortable. At times she also leaned her body weight on my head. The session felt disorganized and unprofessional, and the door was left slightly open when she stepped out of the room. After 20 minutes, I decided to stop because I didn’t want to continue or pay for a service I didn’t like. I paid $35 for the 20 minutes instead of the $40 they requested. Overall, I would not recommend this place. The therapist also argued with me when I said I wanted to stop, which made the experience even more uncomfortable.

My second time visiting Midtown Reflexology. The staff is friendly. I had a muscle knot and my back was aching bad. It's clear the muscle knot has reduced in size and my back pain is 50% gone. They have lavender towelettes to use in case you sweat before the appointment. This is the place people if you want a nice relaxed day💆🏾.

Let me start off by saying that the masseuse was great! Most of my complaints don’t have anything to do with the actual massage. During my massage I was freezingggg omg. I’m used to being on a heated bed during my massages so that was unfortunate. I don’t know about yall but I live for the hot stones and they were only used on my back during this massage rather than my whole body… and since I was already cold as heck I was really looking forward to the hot stones. Moving on, we were placed in the room closest to the door and baby I heard every car and person that went by. So everytime I drifted into bliss I was abruptly pulled away lol. Sooo yeah all in all It wasn’t a completely serene experience but again the masseuse was good

Worst experience ever End up more hurt that how I got there and even though I was telling the person to do softer or slower he would just laugh and keep doing. The same At one point he picked up both my arms revealing my breasts, I have a regular massages and this was the first time I got such a bad experience
