This place is literally a gem!!! It seemed a little sketch when we drove up to the building, rode the elevator up, and waited in the small quaint waiting room. But the massage was AMAZING! They called us back about 5 minutes after our appointment time. We got a 1 hour couples massage. They checked to make sure pressure was comfortable and listen to any pressure adjustments needed. We left feeling so relaxed! They were very clean and we will definitely be back. Our masseuses were Topi and Estella!

I requested Beatrice, but I got Stella she was phenomenal perfect on the pressure. Some areas of my body were more sensitive than others. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve been to Touch of Health multiple times, but this was my first experience at the Richmond location. I had the pleasure of being massaged by José who was amazing. He maintained the right deep pressure, his technique was awesome, and he was kind and funny. He respected my silence and relaxation time, but did engage when I initiated conversation. He went over and beyond once he felt my trigger points and knots. He stretched me as well. I would strongly recommend him to anyone. I’ll begin requesting him moving forward.

Really enjoyed the massage of received. Topi was my masseuse and he made sure I felt comfortable and made sure he applied the necessary pressure. He listened to my needs and found the knots in my back. I live the ambiance in the room, it was dim, with soft music and a warm bed with blankets not just a flimsy sheet like most places. I will be back!

Booked a couples massage for my partner and I over Valentines weekend, and we are both so pleased with our massages! Our masseuses were Alejandra and Noemi and they did amazing, really focusing on where our bodies needed the most attention. We are truly considering coming back for another appointment!

I recently visited Touch of Health at 6363 Richardson in Houston, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing from start to finish. I was not asked about my preferred massage pressure or what type of massage I wanted, even though I had two clear options—Swedish or Deep Tissue. Once I realized the pressure was much too light, I specifically requested deep tissue, but nothing changed throughout the session. The therapist’s hands and the massage cream were both very cold, which made it hard to relax. The cream itself was applied heavily and not fully rubbed in before the sheet was replaced, leaving the blanket damp and uncomfortable against my skin. The massage lacked any flow or transitions, and when it came to the head portion, it ended abruptly with just a few light taps instead of an actual head massage. Overall, there was no sense of technique, personalization, or professionalism that you’d expect from a paid service. It felt rushed, impersonal, and far from relaxing. I left feeling more tense and dissatisfied than when I arrived. I’m leaving this review in hopes that the business improves its training, client communication, and overall service quality because this experience did not meet even basic spa standards

Used a Groupon for a couples massage - $109 for an hour for both of us, which was an excellent deal. The massage office was on the 5th floor in a non-descript mid sized office building, but the office itself was cute and colorful. The receptionist was absolutely lovely - friendly and polite. The facilities were clean and well appointed. My massage was competent if nothing special. My partner's massage was excellent, so as always sorta depends on who you get.
