The massage was excellent. I haven't had a massage in years. The hot stones were perfect. I'm definitely going again. I will refer to friends.
the massage people do it super hard and the lady got mad after I told her to go a bit softer since my body hurt from a car accident. I ended up with more pain and on top of that they FORCE you to give $10+ of tip. you can not give anything less even if the service wasn’t good.
The massage was good, not the best I've had but good. Lots of space and options. The only gripe I had is that we asked for 50 minutes foot and 50 minutes body (#6), but only got about 80 mins total (#5) and then was still charged for the 100 mins. There were 3 of us so that was a whole 60 minutes missing. We mentioned it to the front desk but they just ignored us.
Great atmosphere, trippy lights and great service, great massage. The place is very cute and clean. Staff is awesome. Massage is never disappointing. Great prices. Recommend 500%
Was more a foot rub than actual reflexology- which requires a deep understanding of the foot and the various parts of the body connected to the feet. Three stars because we called ahead to confirm two of us could come at a specific time. We arrived, they started one of us while the other sat with his feet in water for 30 minutes awkwardly. Staff wasn’t apologetic at all and just blamed it on traffic.
$55 for a 60-minute full body massage is a great price. The masseus, Andy, did a great job. Would definitely come back with him. The front desk does have a note recommending at least a $10 tip.
We had such a long day at universal studios and looked for a place near our hotel but lots of places were closed. This place is open later and we were a group of four so they were able to accommodate us! The price was really good for $40 for one hour. It was very comfy where we had little beds to lay on and relax. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! The massage was fantastic and my feet came out feeling sooo relieved. If I was a local I'd visit this place often!
