Exceptional bodywork. Josh has a gift for restorative work sensing the body's needs & responce to therapy. He focuses on functional movement of the body & works to restore proper alignment in movement. Excellent experience & highly recommend if you want more than just a massage.

Josh was outstanding. Not only does he have a very practical approach to meeting a client where they need (e.g. if there is a problematic region, he will target this area), but he also has an impressive anatomic understanding and knowledge base. As a physician, I felt very confident with my treatment as he explained certain mechanical aspects of my treatment. He is truly a healer. Prior to your session, he seeks to deeply understand his clients' goals and outside endeavors so as to help optimize their mobility in those activities (for example, I am a yogi/marathoner as well as a surgeon who has to stand for prolonged hours and also spend time at a computer screen). I also really appreciated the safe and welcoming environment -- it is evident he is trauma informed and I felt very comfortable throughout my entire experience. I left my massage feeling rejuvenated and the stiffness in my upper and lower back was resolved.

Josh has a natural gift and was born to be a healer. He is very thorough and extremely detail oriented, on top of being intuitive on pressure and areas that need work. His energy is unmatched. He makes sure your problems are addressed and spends the perfect amount of time on each area. His knowledge of anatomy and physiology is superb. Josh mixes modalities to create the perfect massage blend for your personal needs and goals. I will be a regular client and have found my favorite therapist 🙂
