Zen Massage Spa

Pretty nice massage from Jenny. Reasonable prices, I think it was $65 for an hour. This place offers extras - like a table shower for example - which I didn't get this time. I'll go back some time.

Sally is amazing. Very good at first , but when she learned my muscles , she just got better and better. My shoulder doesn't hurt for days after I see her. She takes care of all my other muscles too. I i don't go anywhere else anymore.

Not a great place. Felt very weird vibes from the moment I stepped in. They had me pay first, I said I would tip after. I got the 30 min foot 30 min body. Lady was very rough, I asked for less pressure and it didn’t get better. Wouldn’t recommend.

I went to this store, the massage method is very good for me to have a relaxation. I highly recommend the store to do massage. It makes me feel better when I was so tired. One lady helped me relax. I do deep tissue massage. It is good for you to try and this store is very professional massage.

Really poor customer service. Massage was just average. They are not licensed. In the middle of the massage I was demanded $30 for the tip which I politely refused to pay. Then on my way out they wouldn't let me leave without paying the tip. They literally stood and blocked the door and wouldn't let me exit. And also abused me in their own language which I did not understand. Please avoid this place.

Just came here today on Christmas with my sister and was immediately asked to pay and tip upfront BEFORE the massage. They charged $5 for cc processing fee and on top of $5 tip, and had the audacity to complain that it wasn't enough. I proceeded to tell her we will TIP AFTER the massage since it's a service tip. Massages were mediocre and after the service, they still demanded more than 20% for a tip. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

As soon as I entered I was told to pay immediately. well, ok, I asked let me pay 50%, no, you have to pay the whole amount at once, if you don’t like it, call the owner. Admittedly the massage was very good and inexpensive $100 for 90 minutes. But after I left a $15 tip, they told me that for 90 minutes it is very little, they waved their hand at me and told me to go. The staff is very impolite.
