Rejuvenating Touch Massage Clinic

I had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 AM, but when I arrived, I was told there was an "error in the system" and my appointment wasn’t properly booked, even though I received an email confirmation. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the apology from the manager didn’t feel genuine, and there was no effort made to offer any type of solution or accommodation for my time. I rearranged my schedule to make this appointment, so it was disappointing to show up and not be seen. I hope the business can improve its booking system and customer service to prevent this from happening to others.

Called ahead of time to get information on gift cards. I mentioned to the young lady I was on my way to purchase the gift card because they close at 6 pm on Wednesdays. I got to establishment at 6:01 and the young lady still helped me even if it was after closing hours and allowed me to purchase the gift card. She also gave me additional information about the membership. Customer service was top notch and she even called me by my name at the end when she thanked me.

The best place to be! When I discovered Rejuvenating Salon I purchased a few massages just to see how they deliver the service. After that, I signed for their membership program. They are amazing! I cannot wish better. I recommended to all my friends and family. I would not exchange them on anything else. Very professional. Very friendly. Over-deliver (which is a big deal for me). THEY ARE EXCELLENT!! 10/10 stars!

Ariana at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming! I had a 90 minute massage with Felipe. It was AMAZING. 10/10! The environment was so relaxing and comfortable.

I have been here several times and have always have had Alex be my massage therapist. He is the best and always so professional. In fact the entire staff is always so friendly and welcoming and always making me feel at home. Alex makes sure to ask me questions to see what areas i want to focus on or just in general what areas i might want to avoid that day. He is a true professional and always on the ball. The atmosphere is so comforting and i literally fall asleep every time. The 90 min session is the best and I always add the foot scrub. It is worth the 20.00 extra. All in all , would recommend and i visit monthly. A+++++

Felipe was amazing he got all of the knots out of my neck and lower back. Very professional and attentive. The front staff was friendly and the facility was clean. I travel for work and if I'm back in town I will definitely be going back.
