Massage Green SPA - McKinney

Update: After being completely ignored, I finally received a message saying I’d get a refund and a call within 24 hours. Instead of resolving the issue publicly, Massage Green Spa deleted their reply. Very disappointing. Not recommended. Update: (I’m following up because after your public response, I tried calling and messaging all day but received no reply. No one could tell me when a manager would be available. I reached out because I’ve had sharp, pinching pain in my neck and back all day. Since you offered a resolution publicly, I expected the follow-up to reflect that. I am still waiting to hear back.) Very disappointing experience. I booked a massage with Heather and paid an extra $30 for the hot stone add-on. The massage was uncomfortable and poorly done, with no focus on problem areas. My shoulders actually hurt more after the session. For $130, I expected relaxation, not pain. Maybe other therapists here are more experienced, but unfortunately I wasn’t lucky. I do not recommend this place.

Massage Green is hands down the best massage experience I have had. The massages are on point and always leave feeling relaxed and tension free. I build up a lot of tension in my shoulders and this is the only place that can release the knots that build up.

My friend and I went to get a massage yesterday. I asked for deep pressure, but the massage felt more light to medium and did not meet my expectations for deep tissue work. For the price, it was not worth it. After my friend left a review, there was a public response inviting her to follow up. When we called the office to do so, the staff’s demeanor changed and the conversation felt rude and dismissive, which was disappointing.

My boyfriend gifted me a massage with a facial treatment at this spa, and I felt very comfortable and welcomed. Had a relaxing experience here. This will definitely be my go to for spa services in the future. Thank you Massage Green!

So I was trying infra red sauna..location was easy to find. Had a welcoming feel. A private room to relax and chill for your treatment. No shower facility which was disappointing. An hour is not enough to feel the sauna

I’ve been going there for years. Never had a bad experience until today. My masseuse was terrible she kept talking throughout the whole session. Hot stones were too hot. She commented that some of her customers would have said the stones were too cold…seriously. She barely massaged one side of my leg without hot stones. When she asked me to turn over she barely msssaged my neck area. Prior to the start of my massage she left the room for about 10 minutes claiming it was for me to undress. It shouldn’t take 10 minutes for her to return to the room. I did leave a $10 tip mainly to save face. Her name was Christine! It was the worst massage I have ever had. Contemplating whether I’ll go back

Love this place. The staff is amazing and always very helpful and kind. Tony’s massages are amazing. I love how comfy their massage beds are and love that they’re heated if you like that. I love the soft music they play too. I also love that they have the hot stones and aromatherapy options, although I typically don’t pay extra for that. I’ve been getting massages here monthly I think for about 1.5-2 years. Their monthly membership has been worth every penny!
