Massage Heights Stonebridge Ranch

My husband and I came yesterday. He absolutely hates massages meanwhile I can’t get enough of them! I had Jaclyn for my 60 minute session with Hot Stones and it felt like she was untangling my knots with her hands. It was a good and firm massage which is what I love and deep tissue in the areas I needed. She kept checking in with me through the entire session and made sure she wasn’t hurting me. My husband saw Kaycee for his 60 minute session with CBD and he said he doesn’t remember how his service went since he was asleep and stayed asleep but about 3 hours after the massage he said he felt lose and the pain in his back was significantly diminished.

I’ve had so many great massages, but my 90 mins with Rosemary was hands down THE best. I added the revitalizing facial, foot scrub and hot rocks. 👌🏼 Rosemary's deep tissue technique was so relaxing and also loosened my stressed muscles without digging in thumbs or elbows, which I don’t mind if it gets the job done, but she got the job done and I was jelly! My husband said I looked like I’d just woken up from a nap when I got home. Her recipe for a 20 min soak after to remove toxins and make the most of the massage was frosting! Amazing. My next appointment is already booked.

Predatory and Illegal Membership Practices. The 90 min. session was more of an oiled "rub" than an actual massage. This would have been fleeting memory if the attendant didn't take my information and sign me up for a membership without my permission or a signed contract. 6-months later I'm told, after admitting they were in the wrong, that they will only provide a refund for 3 months and that I can schedule massages to recoup the rest. Unprofessional and unacceptable. VISIT AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Armon was a fabulous massage therapist and was able to address all of my challenges. Highly recommend him. I also had Daniella who provided a wonderful and relaxed facial. I was glowing. Such great services.

Wife bought 4 massages through Groupon, after receiving the first massage I was told I we can only use one a year. Staff told me they can’t refund the other 3 and that I would have to get the refund through Groupon which I found out after contacting Groupon. Very misleading to customers and poor customer service on the part of staff. I suppose they expect me to come back once a year for the next 3 years! No where in the policy does it say you can only use one a year! They pretty much suck

I have been a member for 14 years. I had a $50 gift card from several years ago that I never used. When I tried to use it I was told it expired. No one has ever told me the gift cards expire and I have been purchasing them over the years! I spoke with a manager and was told "that’s the policy". If it is a policy then customers should be told when they purchase the gift cards. Now I have basically "donated" $50 to Massage Heights - something I cannot afford to do!

I had such a good experience at this massage center. Hanna I believe was my masseuse name and she was amazingly strong and very knowledgeable about my concerns. She knew the exact pressure points that would bring my back pain some relief. She was professional and attentive to details. Thank you to the staff for helping me feel comfortable.
