I booked a 60-minute massage with an additional 30-minute salt scrub. While the massage itself was decent, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The setup felt far from private or relaxing. Rooms were only divided by curtains, not doors. My table was separated from another by just a curtain, which felt awkward even though the other table was not in use. The masseur wore headphones during the entire session, and there was no calming background music to create a spa-like atmosphere. At the end, a loud timer went off, which really broke any sense of relaxation. The massage was $90, which felt fair, but I paid an additional $60 for the salt scrub, and it was very disappointing. Unlike any of the 100+ scrubs I have had elsewhere, this one was done in a dry massage room with no running water, just a bucket. Afterwards, I was directed to a tiny shower that barely fit me. The whole process did not feel worth the price at all. Finally, when paying, the staff were quite insistent about tipping. I was planning to leave a generous tip, but the overall experience, especially with the scrub and the lack of professionalism, made me reduce it. For $150 before tip, I expected a much higher standard of service and environment. The massage itself was fine, but the setup and scrub experience were very disappointing.

The massage was excellent until after I finished and the gentlemen asked for my method of payment. When I told him a card, he said to make sure to tip on the card because I had to. I told him nobody has to leave a tip, but that I planned to. He said aggressively "no you have to tip." His attitude completely turned me off, but I tipped him anyway about 12%. He looked at it and said I had to tip 20%. I said forcing someone to tip you is wrong and I would’ve given more had you not tried to strong arm me into it. He got angry and said you have to tip 20%! I said no, and I will not be back! Steer clear of this place. It’s not worth being hassled.

This place have a lot of good reviews and they charge $90 for 1 hour massage which I thought was high. So i thought it must be great so I gave it a try. This review is from my own experience. It was the worst massage i have had. It felt like a torture than relaxing. The guy did not know how to give massage. He was very rush to massage. Once i turned my head to talk to him. I saw him one hand texting and one hand massaging me. I could not stay for the whole hour because it did not feel good there. They gave me a wet towel that smells like unwashed clothes. It was not a good experience. I will tell my friends to not come here. It’s a waste of money

this spa has to be a part of your self care regiment. wow. best massage i’ve ever received. It was so relaxing yet so intentional/muscular I’m an artist and suffer a lot from hand and neck pain because of that, and this felt so healing. I added time to continue my session and can’t wait to come back. Thank you Chris!

Had a fantastic experience here last week. The massage was probably the best I've ever had. I left feeling instant relief. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends!

The entire staff was warm, polite, and professional from start to finish. I booked a 120-minute massage on a hot NYC day, and it was exactly what I needed. Rustam was my masseur — incredibly skilled with strong, steady hands. He worked through multiple knots in my shoulders and upper back caused by stress, and I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommended — thank you again!

The spa massage was a truly transformative experience. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by a serene ambiance that immediately put me at ease. The space was clean and beautifully decorated, creating a tranquil environment that was a perfect escape from the outside world. Therapists were skilled, creating a serene environment. Each stroke eased tension, the aromatic oils adding a rejuvenating touch. The experience was tranquil and refreshing. Highly recommended!
