Carlos is a very talented massage therapist! I went in for a number of issues and he found all the trigger points instantly and really understands the connection btwn muscles. It’s an intense massage if you really want to heal from pain and injury, but absolutely worth the relief. Thank you Carlos!

I was seeking a massage therapist for lower back pain & saw all positive glowing reviews on Google & Yelp for Mr. Strong Hands so i decided to reach out to Carlos on Instagram & he got back to me immediately & luckily had a last min opening! Location was easy to find, he rents a room inside Radiant Glow Skincare; he was punctual, very professional, massage bed & sheets were soft & comfy! He explained causes for lower back pain & applied pressure points to the areas that were very tense. I’m more of Swedish massage (med-firm) kinda gal but I know my body needs deep tissue so he was able to accommodate but his specialty is deep tissue/sports massages, it’s not a "let’s take a relaxing nap" massage, it’s a "let’s target the areas that’s causing you pain so you can feel better in a few days" kinda massage, lol. And sure enough, a few days later, I didn’t even think about my lower back pain anymore cuz he got my knots out! I would highly recommend Carlos to anyone who needs deep tissue treatments!

He even graciously added a few extra minutes to my session to help with my specific areas of tension, which I greatly appreciated. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. As a first-time client, I had the best experience with Carlos. I’m preparing for my first Hyrox race next week, and was feeling a lot of muscle tension and fatigue. I also dance quite frequently as well outside of Hyrox training, so it only made sense to see Carlos since he works with a ton of athletes. This is exactly what I needed to recover and repair from all the intense workouts I’ve been doing. Carlos is knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. Looking forward to my next session post-race!

I’m so glad I got a deep tissue massage from Carlos. by far the best massage I’ve ever had in a long time, but definitely if you’re in the construction industry or in the dance industry or even like nurses getting a massage will be perfect. It will totally relax your body. Carlos is very kind, genuine, talented Carlos is very passionate about what he loves to do which is massage. He really likes to help others.

If you love deep tissue massages, book with Carlos! You won’t regret it. I kept seeing other dancers rave about him, so I finally decided to go. Now I get why everyone recommends him! He’s super welcoming and easy to talk to, and he really pays attention to pressure and body cues. He found tight spots I didn’t even know I had. Since he works a lot with dancers and aerialists, he just gets where the body holds tension and knows exactly where to focus. Overall, one of the best deep tissue sessions I’ve had!
