At Justin Shelley's, I received the most beautiful hot stone massage. The therapist was really good at using hot stones to create the most soothing atmosphere. I could feel all the tension leaving my muscles, and I felt absolutely calm and at ease.

The massage with hot stones was very healing. The session was genuinely transformational because of the warmth of the stones and Justin's skillful techniques. He did a fantastic job, and I felt all of my tension release. I'm not sure how to express how at ease I felt.

I got to experience Justin's Hot Stone Massage, and I have to tell that it was really fantastic. The entire session reached a new level of calm and relaxation because to the skilled application of hot stones.

I never had a massage. Justin cancelled by email 30 minutes before my appointment. I was in town visiting and it took a lot of planning to find time for a massage. I didn’t realize that his appointments were optional. I took an Uber both ways because I didn’t realize it was cancelled before heading there. It’s not a great neighborhood and it’s a private apartment in a residential building but for some reason his name is not listed on the call box. A security guard let me in and wasn’t surprised that he had cancelled my appointment last minute. I would recommend scheduling a massage with someone else.

I was hesitant at booking an appointment with a therapist who does his business from his home but I went ahead and I'm very glad I did! It was so easy to book and find a time and Justin is very, very friendly. Once in his apartment, the whole atmosphere feels like a spa. The massage room is dimly lit, with a beautiful water feature that sets the mood. He regularly checked in with me to assure I was enjoying the pressure and experience. He went very deep and his hands are very strong and skilled. I'm very satisfied! He is so thorough and addressed all the concerns I had. I highly recommend booking a massage with Justin!

The best massage I’ve had and only place I’ll go in Philly. After a huge move and terrible sleeping conditions for a month, I was in the worst muscle pain in a long time. I did a 2 hour session with Justin where I explained the situation and let him take the ropes. He was an absolute pro at finding and working out tough, rock hard spots. When we did some deep pressure work, I was comfortable and the tension released pretty quickly. I was floored by his skill. Great, nice guy too. The next day I felt amazing and there was absolutely no tension anywhere. Even my wife was shocked at how loose and relaxed my muscles were. Don’t hesitate on Justin!!

This review is purely operational. The appointment booking process for this business is more excruciating than the back pain driving me to seek the massage in the first place. The two (why?) websites you get bounced back and forth between are riddled with multiple text and info boxes that have only spit back error messages with every submission attempt. Audaciously, the website presents the option to pay for services without even scheduling anything. The phone number is disconnected, and even my email bounced back. I would think this business to no longer exist if not for recent reviews by others who somehow managed to figure out how to schedule something.
