Massage Heights Nugget Plaza

Best massage I feel so relaxed. I also had a facial and oh my goodness my skin looks so healthy and I feel like I’m glowing. Facility is very nice and clean. Staff is all wonderful and friendly.

I recently decided to book two massages on back-to-back days after being diagnosed with migraines, hoping it might provide some relief and it absolutely did. On the first day, I had a session with Maria. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and took the time to explain how various muscles in the upper body, neck, and head work together. Her insight and skill made a big difference. The following day, my wife joined me for a couples massage. I was paired with a male therapist (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name), and he was fantastic thorough, attentive, and very in tune with my needs. He focused on my upper body, neck, back, and legs, and was especially careful around my knee, where I had ACL surgery. Huge kudos for that level of care and attention! Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage in Rocklin. The entire staff from the front desk to the therapists are kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be returning.

Ronnie is the 3rd masseuse that I have had here and by far she is the best. While my other therapists were also amazing, Ronnie just has a natural healing touch. I am already looking forward to my next session! Thanks so much for making me feel so much better and relaxed!

I’ve had a membership here for about a year and I love it! Ronni has been my favorite. She is so kind and I was immediately comfortable with her. She does amazing work and I always leave with less tension and pain. The only drawback is that you can sometimes faintly hear music from the restaurant next door depending on what room you get, but that’s not in their control! Definitely recommend massage heights.

I called to find out how much a deep tissue massage was. They told me it was $180 per hour! I politely asked them what was different or unique about their massage and receptionist said that nothing was. I elaborated and told her that the reason I asked her was to find out why it was so expensive. She said that that's the price everywhere. Yeah right. $60-85 is less than half that price.

I will remove this review once this is remedied as this is very unlike me, but I'm upset. Awful experience. Limited time to book an appointment. Their bookkeeping records are really a lack of. They will take your money, save your card info, keep no record of previous payments and then charge your saved card info on file, again, without your knowledge. Their masseuse even arrived 10 minutes late, even though its requested for you to arrive 15 minutes early. The only redeeming quality I can see about this experience is the aesthetics, but it's not worth how violated you'll feel having spent your money here.

I had the most amazing experience! I came in and had a facial and Sona was amazing 🤩 she is very knowledgeable, and very gentle and friendly. I would highly recommend coming here to have any type of service they do an amazing job!!! Jennifer was so polite and professional and very helpful when I checked in . The best experience so far !!!
