I purchased two lymphatic massage appointments but only received one. The first appointment was canceled less than 24 hours in advance, and my request for a refund was denied. I rebooked, but securing an appointment was challenging. For the second appointment, I was contacted to reschedule again with less than 24 hours' notice. When I became ill on the rescheduled date, I was unable to attend, and my request to reschedule was declined due to the short notice. While I understand the cancellation policy, I believe some flexibility would have been appropriate given the circumstances and previous cancellations from them with short notices. I would not recommend booking here, as I found the experience to be unprofessional.
I received a Lymphatic Massage and it was the best experience. I wish I didn't wait as long as I did. The staff is all some as well. I would recommend Back to Life Massage Therapy to everyone.
