Absolutely awful and unsafe experience. This place should not be allowed to operate. I booked a signature massage. I weigh 120 lbs, and the woman who walked on my back was easily 180 lbs. There is no world in which that is acceptable, reasonable, or safe. Instead of relaxation, I left in pain and shock that someone thought this was okay. Not to mention, they did NOT disclose beforehand that someone would be walking on my back. There was no warning, no consent, and no explanation. That alone is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. They showed zero concern for my well-being, refused to honor my Groupon, and then hid behind excuses while refusing to provide a supervisor or manager to address the situation. Completely unprofessional and dishonest business practices. My back now feels misaligned, and this experience has caused lasting discomfort. This was not just a bad massage; it was reckless. I am pursuing legal options because no one should leave a spa feeling injured and dismissed. Save your money, save your body, and go literally anywhere else.

Had a great massage here and had no issues with using my Groupon voucher. Ended up buying another package directly from them! I recommend this place.

My boyfriend and I had the couples massage on Valentines Day weekends. It was very relaxing and much needed. Our masseuses did a great job. Would recommend!

Today I had an Illa Signature massage, and Victoria was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel very relaxed and really focused on the areas I asked for. I’m feeling so much better afterward. Highly recommend!

Took my girl friend there for her birthday as a surprise! Bought a groupon for a signature Massage 💆🏾‍♀️ and it was Great. She put me and my friend to sleep 💤 excellent customer service. Mission accomplished

I used a Groupon voucher for a Swedish massage and body scrub and both were lackluster. The facilities are gross and there’s barely enough room for the massage therapists to move around the table. I arrived 10 minutes early and the receptionist (who was also the massage therapist) told me, "you’re early, but that’s fine, I guess", and lead me to the rundown room pictured. The massage was uneven, and I felt like she didn’t really know what she was doing. The body scrub took place in the same room on sheets, and I was lead to a tiny shower closet to rinse off. The shower head was dirty and covered in lime, and I’m not sure how frequently they change the shower caps provided. I only went here because of the deal, but I should have read the reviews before I booked.

The worst facial I’ve ever had - the lady left in the middle of it! First, the facial started 30 min late. Second, for a 50-min facial, she only used 4 products, all of which were drugstore products. Third, she put a sheet mask on me and left! After 15/20 min I finally got up and then the receptionist came in and (without asking) took the sheet mask off my face and tried to rub lotion on my face. The receptionist then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to tip! My face feels the same as when I walked in and I feel gross that these random people touched my face.
