Cicis Pizza

We loved having lunch here! The selection was incredible and they let you request custom pizzas (see our delicious deep dish + black olives pizza!). I also really like the staff — the guy who says "welcome to Cici’s!" and announces order numbers brings such fun vibes to this location (thank you!!). Give this staff a raise 👏 💙

Me and my boyfriend went to this cicis around 8 pm we were wanting to have a peaceful dinner but instead this worker their told us that we couldn't sit in certain areas and wanted to go home and didn't want to have to clean again...so me and my boyfriend sat down in a area were the others were..I got to eating my food and when I was getting my 5 plate I over heard the guy that was cleaning saying something in Spanish..keep in mind I'm a Mexican and speak 3 language English and Spanish and French..this guy that was cleaning said to his other coworker that he was glad that me and my boyfriend Didn't sit in the area he was cleaning because I eat like a pig..at that point I lost appetite..I'm a Mexican women and my boyfriend white...after this experience me and my boyfriend will not be coming back to this Cicis.

I've been at this location a few times. The arcade was dated when I did go, however they revamped that and now have a decent selection of games which is cool. Their food remains the same, no complaints about that. One thing I can say is their franchise has the same quality across the board. I enjoy this place as does my kids

I’d give 10/5 stars on service! The gentleman at the front register was so generous and sweet and helped me bring pizza out to my car (carrying kids to car hands were full) give him a raise please!!!! Best customer service and hospitality I’ve ever received from Cicis Pizza!!!!!!

Clean and quiet. They had all the standard variet which was good to see but it was almost all stale/dry/roomtemp when we got there. In the 40 minutes we were there nothing was rotated out no matter how little was left. Half a dozen rock hard dryied out pieces of brownie and a few cinnamon roll flat solid pucks seem like they’ll survive out there till closing though I shoulda judt thrown them out myself. Pizza was edible but certainly not enjoyable. Workers seemed nice though except the tireless busboy weren’t doing much . They did make a custom pie for another table which looked nice but i had already been grossed out by then an a slice that was well over due.

There are a lot of Cicis Pizza in the area, but this one is by far the best. They really keep the pizzas hot with a good variety. They will have my requested pizza ready before I can finish my salad. Of course, they yell out "pepperoni and mushroom" when we open the door. I've been there when 2 bus loads of kids showed up and they didn't miss a beat. I was impressed. While I've never been in the huge arcade section, but the grand kids love it. It is about 3-4x the size of the ones in other Cicis. Only thing I didn't care for was the pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls. But they also had all the regular desserts that I love.
