The Peppermint Club

Had a great night here, the place was vibing 😎. Great place to hear live music, go on a date, or just grab drinks. Love how the bar was centered in the middle of the space.

I was pleasantly surprised by this venue. I came here to watch a particular performer, and I believe the LA Diamond Trio was the live band I heard, and they were amazing. Seats are scarce though, so careful if you don't like standing for long periods. That said, the bar is a huge section in the center of the venue, so it's easily accessibly by anyone trying to get a drink.

Went here for the Rural Alberta Advantage show last night. First time at the Peppermint Club and, honestly, probably my last. Right away, I noticed the venue was smaller than I expected. The stage is right by the door, so getting in meant walking through the crowd just to reach the back. The bar also takes up way too much real estate, which leaves very little room for people to stand comfortably and actually enjoy the show. What really made the experience worse was the people around me who were talking loudly non stop throughout the set, which was distracting. Thankfully I had earplugs to help drown out the conversations. On top of that, I kept getting bumped into, including one guy who was waving his hands around and repeatedly running into me. Not a fan of this venue for live music. I’ll stick to other spots going forward.

This is such an amazing, intimate venue. I love the design and the way it's laid out and overall one of my favorite small performance spaces in LA

Went on a Saturday night for the Show Me Love series and had a fantastic time! The music and vibes were top-notch, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere. The lighting and decor added a sophisticated, classy, and cool touch to the overall experience. The venue layout is well-designed and encourages dancing, which really elevated the night. The bar is a good size, making it easy to get the bartenders’ attention, which was a big plus. The only downside was that the bathrooms were in just OK condition—they could use a bit more upkeep. Overall, it’s a great spot for a night out, especially if you’re into good music and a chic ambiance. Would definitely come back!

One of my singer friends invited us for her performance in this little bar on Beverly Blvd. It is a pretty cool place, even though it’s very small, but it’s a fun retro vibe. The bartenders were nice. Wish they would list parking information on their website though. We did a street parking for 2 hours $4.

The Peppermint Club is a hidden piece of history! I didn’t know what to expect upon arrival but I was pleasantly surprised at the intimacy of the club. Every seat is a good seat. It was standing room only the night that I was there, but it was beautiful and engaging to watch the artists up front and personal!
