Hotel 414 Anaheim

Centrally located close to Disneyland, Restaurants and shopping. |Rooms were spacious and very clean. We found a fridge, microwave, iron and coffee in the room which was very convenient. |It was a quiet atmosphere with the occasional sound of cars which was no bother at all. |The service and hospitality provided by the manager and cleaning staff were second to none. We were given shopping and dining recommendations along with directions. |Overall value and convenience cannot be beaten with this property. |Highly recommended and I will be back with my family when visiting Disneyland.

Hotel 414 is absolutely perfect if you’re looking for a nice budget option near Disney. It’s been nicely remodeled and was very clean, including the pool. Our room had a fridge, coffeemaker, and microwave. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Disney, close enough that we went back during the afternoon heat and cooled off in the pool before returning in the evening. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. It is not fancy, but an excellent value!

Location is top flight for Disneyland. About a 15 minute walk to the entrance. Room was super clean and very affordable for the area. Front desk was very communicative before check in and answered all questions during check in and during the stay. There is a gas station on the corner that has a Starbucks to the side and a Taco Bell in the same corner. Solid location for walking to near by fast food and even a Walmart neighborhood market as well. Definitely recommend. A+

We had a great stay this past week. The front desk reached out before our trip to confirm our arrival time since their front office closes at 11PM, which we appreciated because we had plans before heading to the hotel that night. The check‑in process was quick and easy, and the staff members were attentive and kind. The room was clean, comfortable, and didn't have any notable issues during our stay. The beds were a bit on the firm side, so that’s something to keep in mind, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. Amenities were fine for what we needed, especially since we spent most of our time at the Disney park anyway. The location was great since it was about a 20 minutes walk to the parks and being on the opposite side of Harbor/Katella area, we didn't run into huge crowds or traffic. Another plus was the free parking! For the price, it's a great value, and we’d definitely consider rebooking for future trips. Review is also posted on Expedia.

I was looking for a hotel near Disneyland that provided safety, comfort, cleanliness, and enough space for 4 people all without breaking my wallet and WOW! I can’t express enough how much I enjoyed my stay at Hotel 414. Not only did the staff contact me prior to check in to confirm my arrival, but they even provided us with brand new bedding that just arrived! I don’t like spending extra money on Ubers or shuttles so having a short 15 minute walk to the main gates of Disneyland was such a fun surprise for the rest of my party who had no clue how close we were staying. Some bullet points to save you time: - fireworks view from parking lot - discounted Disneyland tickets offered in the lobby (authorized Disneyland ticket seller) - BRAND NEW bedding Overall, I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough for friends or family looking for a clean and safe hotel near Disneyland!

My granddaughter and I stayed at Hotel 414 from Feb. 20th - Feb. 22nd, 2026. The room was very clean and David was great! He texted to confirm our ETA. I locked my keys in the room and he gave me a replacement one right away. Also, b/c we were not leaving until late on the 22nd, he allowed me leave my car parked at the hotel until we came back from Disneyland that evening. Oh and the hotel was only a 15 min walk to Disney. I would definitely stay there again, next time I go to Disneyland.
