Hotel Pepper Tree Boutique Kitchen Studios - Anaheim

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pepper Tree Hotel. The property has a charming, old-school feel and a beautiful view that made our stay special. It’s definitely a bit dated and not the quietest place, but honestly that’s part of its character. The atmosphere feels lively, warm, and inviting rather than sterile like many modern hotels. If you appreciate a place with personality and charm, this spot is a great choice.

Positive: Location, the room was great, love the patio and kitchen. I like how easy it is to connect my phone to the TV. Negative: There was some kind of maintenance going in one of the rooms across the hall from me. I had no idea there would be any disturbances like that. My room was also across the hall from laundry and pretty loud. I know, now, to request a room away from laundry.

This is a perfect hotel for those of us that want to visit Disneyland, but cannot justify the expense of staying at one of the Disneyland hotels. Hotel Pepper Tree has everything you need. Clean rooms, friendly staff, safe parking, close to Aldi & Target and free grab & go breakfast. They have a kick ass coffee machine, small little grocery store and someone working the front desk all 24/7. We weren’t in our rooms much since we spent 2 full days at Disney so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool, but it looked clean and well maintained from our lovely patio. My family had 2 rooms. One with a king bed that slept 2 adults and one room with 2 queens that slept 2 adults and 2 littles. Each room has an apartment sized fridge, oven/stove and microwave. There was just enough plates, bowls, silverware for the room size. Also skillet, knives, saucepan, strainer, etc. Worked great for our breakfasts and late dinners in our room. We will definitely stay here again and I will recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Anaheim.

Good value for the price. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, and a convenient kitchenette so we could cook breakfast. Location felt safe and noise was minimal during our five-night stay. Pillows were uncomfortable (bring your own) and the couch isn’t great for relaxing. Grab-and-go breakfast is very limited. No frills, but a solid budget-friendly option near Disneyland. Staff were friendly and left us a balloon and chocolates on Valentine’s Day, thank you!

We had 3 amazing days at the hotel. It was indeed a quick visit just to go to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and a super fast visit to the main touristic attractions in LA and Santa Monica. Believe it or not we did that in just 3 days lol. The hotel is amazing, the ambiance, the decor, the style, we loved it. The staff is couteous and efficient. The room was huge, comfortble, with a spacious and fully stocked kitchen, the closet is big, there was a sofa and table and also a desk and chairs. We had a balcony facing the pool and we could see the park fireworks from the balcony itself! The Persian restaurant just next to the hotel has amazing food, we tried it on our last night unfortunately, other wise we would have eaten there the 3 days lol. The hotel is a 10 min uber drive to the parks and about 40 min from LA Hollywood Blvd. Breakfast was a nice touch, basic but more than enough for what we neded. There are also snacks to buy! Overall 10/10 and I would be happy to stay here again if I come back to the area!!

Adorable, Clean, and Perfect Location! We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Pepper Tree! The room was spotless and charming, with a cute balcony that made it feel like a cozy little retreat. The location was perfect for visiting Disneyland—just a short, easy drive away. Even though it’s right in the city, the area was surprisingly quiet, and having on-site parking made everything so convenient. The coffee from the lobby machine was delicious, and there were great snack options available if you wanted a quick bite. The front desk staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Overall, it was such a comfortable and welcoming place to stay—we’d definitely come back next time we’re in the area!

Rooms was nice and big. It felt like an apartment which I enjoyed. No complaints here other than the pillows could have been better (the cheap Walmart ones are way better). I was expecting eggs for breakfast tbh but I know it was a to go breakfast bar some protein based to go breakfast would have been nice. The patio is super nice and the overall aesthetic is well done. Will definitely book again next time I'm in town.
