Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Antioch

Checked in early at around 2 pm because we told the front desk that we are checking out around 3 or 4 am the next day but we ended up getting a very nasty room and the AC isn’t working. It’s like everything is broken inside that room. Tv remote isnt working, microwave is disgusting the shower faucet is broken. Not worth the amount of what we’ve paid. Never going back to this hotel anymore.

We had a fantastic stay. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and elegantly decorated, making us feel pampered. Security was excellent; the inn takes safety seriously without feeling intrusive. Food and beverages were consistently excellent — breakfast, lunch, and dinner were flavorful and fresh. The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful in planning a special surprise for my partner. Small touches, such as personalized notes and evening drinks by the fireplace, made the experience unique. The serene location and charming surroundings added to the ambiance. Overall, a perfect mix of comfort, safety, culinary delight, and hospitality.

The rooms are never clean I would stupid beds for stains and shaking as well. The front desk is rude which is bad for a days inn rooms are filthy The comforter have smell and even teared from corners and cigarette holes. The floor was nasty. The chair had coffee and tore from many places with stains, and the desk had stains and chip marks all over. The downstairs lobby area smells like dead. The breakfast was sick and less in quantity like beggars or jail would never come back.

The rooms are dirty and trashy. I would check under the beds for trash as well. The workers are nice but the rooms are nasty. The comforter had stains and cigarette holes. There were a random pair of pants left under the beds. The floor was nasty. The chair had mysterious stains, and the desk had stains and chip marks all over. The downstairs lobby area smelled horrible as well. The breakfast was terrible with lack of options, and horrible presentation. 2/10 would never come back.

Positive: "" Negative: Hotel was horrible. There were stains and holes on the sheets and blankets. Food on the walls and the ac unit had food and mold in it. Hotel refused to refund me for the remaining days and me and my kids were forced to stay after paying for 5 days.

Great room nice and accommodating, the kitchen addition is so nice. It makes the room more spacious. The staff was very nice, polite. I will come back when visiting Antioch and a really good price

room had hair clumps stuck to the wall next to the bed and on the hair dryer in the bathroom. scratches all over the floor. but that’s nothing compared to the location being really sketchy… there was a man literally beating a woman in the parking lot and the dude at the front desk didn’t do anything about it even tho he was sitting there with the security camera screens right next to him… besides that another guy at the desk when i asked for early check in was very unfriendly and almost hostile when i asked. would give 0 stars if i could
