Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas-Arlington

Located behind Bombshells as seen in picture from our window. The flags are from a Ford dealer across the street. Hotel was great. The rooms were clean.

Loved the suites, yes, outdated and in need of repair but they are working on it. Very clean and my room was kept very clean. Housekeeping was fantastic!||Breakfast was horrible, odd meats were added that looked very leftover (pulled chicken). I would have loved something to drink but juice was warm...get a dispenser. They advertised social night on Wednesday with food beer and wine....well food was cold and beer had to be poured into small juice cups so I had a couple "shots" of beer!

Positive: Location Negative: Very outdated, room had hair everywhere, old carpet, no towels. Hotel under construction was told they don’t start banging till around 10 am. It started at 8am. HORRIBLE STAY

Nice people but this place could use some cleaning and updating. Hair in bathrooms, dishwasher was super loud, ceiling fan in room rattles loud. We had a two bedroom two bath and for the price we paid the Hilton standard do not meet expectations.

We checked in 12/12/2025 We had the most amazing service from Mr. Yesir, a very respectful Frenchman. He not only guided us to different lounging areas, he also protected my family and I from what could have been a scary situation with a random person trying to come into the establishment. He went more than above and beyond. Thank you so much. His whole personality was everything.. We will be back

As soon as you step foot in the hallway you will want to leave! The whole place has a terrible smell, the floors are disgusting and while place just makes you feel nasty. We checked out as soon as we found another hotel to stay at! Possibly mold is a couple of places. (We didnt stay long enough to find out.) Would give it negative 5 stars if I could!

Had a great stay! The staff was truly wonderful, especially Andrea, Angelica, and Brenda. Andrea was the absolute sweetest during check-in, she was so welcoming and kind. Angelica was very friendly and really went out of her way to help me when I left something in my previous room, which I really appreciated. The rooms aren’t the newest, but they were very clean and comfortable. Anytime I needed something, the staff took care of it quickly. And Brenda made breakfast feel like home. She’s a great cook and her friendly presence in the mornings made each day start on a positive note. Overall, I had a great experience. The service was top-notch, the rooms were spotless, and the whole place had a warm, welcoming vibe. I’d definitely stay again!
