Latisha house

I’m not going to lie, before booking I was a bit skeptical but I’m so happy I followed my mind . Latisha’s house was clean , safe , and cozy, make you feel right at home. Latisha was at the house when I checked in and she was nice and she showed me around and explained a few stuff around the house to me. I loved the bedroom . The bed was so comfortable and the room was spotless . My favorite of all were the LED lights . I’m definitely going to book again and I can’t wait to try Latisha’s other location .

I had an amazing stay here. It was brimming with beautiful decor and tablewear. My room, sheets, and pillows smelled wonderful was very clean and had no stains. The place was literally spotless inside and out.I had flight issues so I checked in rather late but the host was still so kind and responsive during times of need and even came by to show me around. They had cameras in noninvasive spaces(Living Room/FrontDoor/Kitchen) that insured safety. They had a coffee/hot chocolate bar which I absolutely adored.The area is quiet and clean. Absolutely plan on booking here again to set up shop.😉

Nigel was a great host, very hospitable. Our room was clean and comfortable and Nigel even personally checked on us a few times during our stay to ensure we felt comfortable and didn’t need anything. He was very accommodating and genuinely friendly as well as generous with his time and attention to myself and cousin as guests.

Very accommodating and the rooms were spotless. They allowed my non-mammalian service animal which is very rare. I always ask that the room not be cleaned because my service animal can scare people who don't get close enough to read her service animal collar. Fluffy usually just hangs out in the bathtub when I'm not in the room and we had a bad experience one time in NY when a hotel called ENCON on me. I get not a lot of people know the law, but American alligators really do make the best service animals.

Single lady looking to book a place to sleep for 1 night as I travel into the city for a show. Originally I couldn't figure out how to book a bed at Latisha House by the site, so I contacted her to inquire and her only response to me was "Then book." Found that pretty rude and abrasive. Afterwards I figured out (fyi) that to book you need to click on the photo that says "whole house" and once that flips, the legit booking icon will be there to click. After hitting the checkout page it said the total was $220 !! For a bed listed at $80 a night on the photo. I asked what was up with that only to receive no response. Her home(s) look absolutely lovely, but if your interest is in upfront pricing & good customer service, I'd probably look elsewhere. (In reply to her bs response below, I would absolutely add a screenshot here if I could, but that conversation is long gone 😂)

Latisha house…Hegeman location. This is an older home that has been renovated in a transitioning neighborhood (many older homes have been or in the process of upgrading) 4 bedrooms, 2 baths w/internet. Cooking, with some supplied utensils, meant we could avoid eating out every night. We needed a place to stay with a a group of 7 while visiting NewYork City. While it is a bit further out (1 hour by mass transit, 10 minute walk from the station), it suited our purposes perfectly. Each room has a locking door and its own TV and the entire house has high speed internet. Though not a luxury property, it is well maintained. The owner, Nigel, was attentive and took care of our needs. The combination of price and quality made up for the location being further out. Highly recommend for the value/quality ratio

I had a great time while my wife and I was in the area. My wife enjoyed her stay very much
