Courtyard by Marriott Phoenix Chandler/Fashion Center

I stayed here while on vacation and had an excellent experience. The staff was outstanding, especially Jordan at the front desk and Mike at the bar/restaurant, who were both welcoming and professional. My room was clean and well maintained, and I appreciated that housekeeping followed up to ensure everything met my expectations. Overall, this is a great place to stay. While there were a few minor cosmetic imperfections in the room, they did not take away from the overall positive experience.

I normally stay down the street at the full service Marriott, but decided to give this Courtyard a try. Pros: super nice staff, good location, plenty of free parking. Cons: so-so maintenance. The carpet on the first floor off the elevator is filthy and needs to be cleaned or replaced. The base in my shower also needs a good scrubbing. The carpet in my room also needs cleaning, based on the way my white socks looked after walking on it.I have stayed at several Courtyards over the years, but this one could do better.

Disappointing after all the reviews. I didn't think it met my standard of cleanliness. The bed didn't look clean. Like it was just made without being changed. I had to use my own sanitizing wipes. The area around button of wall lamp had smudges of some dirt. The table under the sink where blow dryer is kept was so dusty. The TV was not working. No signal. Good thing my husband is handy. He figured someone had disconnected the TV cable. There was no complimentary water bottles in the room. There was rarely someone at the front desk. We had to go to the bldg next door for any assistance. Friday night it was crazy noisy at 2am with people going in and out there room across the hall. I could not get front desk directly on the phone. It only allows me to press for an operator which no one answers. I have gotten better service at a budget motel. The toiletries were so tiny and barely any product for a decent shower. The floor of the shower looked grungy. Only positive was the lady who checked us in was friendly and the gentleman who gave us our breakfast. Nice staff.

Great courtyard with amazing customer service. Violet at the front desk is the best! She helped us get the room we needed and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. I can't say enough good things about her! Hotel is clean and close to a lot of great spots in the Phoenix area.

Second time staying at this location, the building, grounds and interior are very well maintained. Rooms are very clean, if you have any issues maintenance is quick to respond and fix anything. My only complaint is the bed is very stiff and springy.

After having a poor experience at a different Marriott we switched our reservation to this Courtyard hotel. They were extremely helpful and accommodating, clean, and saved our trip by getting us a room so last minute. I’d absolutely come here again.

It’s a nice stay for a fair price. I traveled a lot to Phoenix areas for training. I would drive from Tucson each week for just one night stay so I don’t have to drive back in the evening. Since BJJ classes with Shahram Mousavi JKD institute is intense. I be too tired 🥱. I will always stay there because of the areas that are anchored too. The all American steak house.. Longhorn is right up there a walk away and plenty other places to eat as well. Breakfast, 🥞 in the morning before heading back home and I do it all over again. Now, that I moved from Tucson to another state. I will always stay at the Marriot or the Hiltons it all depends where you go and the price has to be good. 😌
