The Summit Hotel

We couldn't have chosen a better place than Summit for our wedding hotel block. Sondra helped coordinate and was awesome! Everything about our experience was exceptional. The rooms were beautiful: spacious, modern, and perfect for winding down during such a busy weekend. The hotel bar quickly became a favorite for our guests, and the food throughout our stay was consistently great. The rooftop was another highlight, with incredible views that made every moment feel special. We also did our first look at Summit, and it turned out to be absolutely dreamy. The space photographed beautifully and made that moment feel even more memorable. The hotel went above and beyond in accommodating our wedding party. The conference room was perfect for the girls to get ready, and the study space worked so well for the guys. It made the whole morning feel organized, relaxed, and fun. The shuttle service and hotel block coordination were seamless, and our guests really appreciated the convenience. Another unexpected perk was the Starbucks café on the bottom floor: ideal for quick breakfasts, caffeine boosts, and keeping everyone moving on schedule. Summit truly made our wedding weekend feel

Positive: Perfect location, lovely design, clean, and well-accommodating rooms and amenities. Negative: I wish there had been more parking connected to the building – this was really my only negative during our stay.

Beautiful welcome gift and just overall amazing service. Hotel room and public spaces are spotless and the complimentary parking garage is the best benefit during this time of year. Hotel is right off 71 N/S and 10 mins from Kenwood Town Centre. Good food options across the street at Element Eatery.

The Summit Hotel ambiance, layout, decoration and facilities are very nice and welcoming. The Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are super comfortable and spacious. Everything was clean and the food was great. Since I was in a business meeting, the Hotel location was irrelevant for me. At night, since we were a big group of people, the noise level could be heard in the rooms, no matter which floor you were. I stayed in the top level, floor 9, and I could hear the noise from the lobby in my room.

In my opinion, This hotel is NOT worth staying at. The parking is horrible. Tiny garage that fills up early. Had to park my truck at the bottom of the hill and carry my bags up the steps to the hotel. This hotel charges you for extras that were not incurred by me. I just explained how I had to park at the bottom of the hill.... Get this, they charged my room $19 for valet parking. What???||They also have extra charges on my bill for going to their bar to which I did not have a drink at. The management is terrible at customer service. Two hours after leaving the hotel I received a notification that my card was charged for more than agreed on, I call the hotel to be told that a Manager needs to correct the issue. I called the hotel three times over the next week and the Management team NEVER returned my call. Terrible experience for me. I would look around for other options.

Very nice hotel, spacious room, extremely helpful staff. I enjoyed the breakfasts, and the bar of course, the bartenders were wonderful and attentive. The carrot cake was amazing. I was so happy they also had a braille menu. There are great food options across the street as well.

Came for a conference. Did not stay in room overnight. Delightful space. It was very easy to get in and out of the lecture room and the hallway was setup in a L shape around the room so the sponsoring vendors had plenty of access to attendees with multiple entrances/exits. The AV equipment quality was excellent. The hospitality was very impressive, both in quality of food/drink and having continuous access to ice/water machine and replenishment. The lunch was excellent. There were multiple options provided including steak, chicken, and vegetarian options. More than just a buffet, staff served Ice cream. Everything was fresh and delicious. There was even outdoor seating on a patio available.
