Hyatt Place Colorado Springs/Garden of the Gods

Room is very clean: updated, so fresh- modern look. We booked thru a third party and one room was to be.a king with mountain views, both showed as double beds and no mountain view. Not only was Jillian at the front desk accommodating but upgraded my room in the process. Traveling with my senior parents, mom not well, and she kept us all together. Kindness is truly appreciated. No issues with service. Hyatt breakfast is always organized and very good. Location is 5 star if you are traveling and want to be close to the highway for easy access it is ideal for you (i would prefer something more set in the mountains or in a quieter location but this works for our quick weekend in town.) Lots of restaurant's and plazas in the area for easy access as well. Highly recommend The Juicy Seafood. Thank you Hyatt Place & Jillian. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel is very clean and modern. The rooms are spacious and clean. The free breakfast is one of thr best I have had at a hotel. Staff are friendly. I would give the hotel 5 stars except for a fire alarm incident that happened at 4 am, then 5 am, and then 6 am onward during my first night. It was due to a water leak, no fire, but disrupted everyone for most of the morning. No explanation or apology provided by hotel staff.

Positive: We loved everything about this hotel! Beautiful room, wi-fi; fridge; plentiful and FREE parking. GREAT breakfasts and they have a bar Negative: it would not keep us from going back but the bathroom is very small and the water pressure was sometimes low

The hotel is nice, but the staff and management are terrible. They charged me twice and won't give me a refund. Plus, they charged me for some kind of Marvel Studios subscription. I don't even know what it is. I'll let you decide. But I'll never set foot in that hotel again with staff like that. They charged me an extra $25 and said they'd refund me when they checked my room after you checked out. They never refunded me, and they're saying I bought the Marvel Studios subscription. I booked the hotel for $121, but they charged me $148, and a few days later they charged me $141 again without any comment.

Lovely location as we are attending a swim meet nearby. Very friendly staff. Wish there were microwaves in each of the guest rooms, but the room was spacious and perfect for my large family. Staff allowed us to use the microwave downstairs and made for a very nice stay! Very accommodating.

Perfect stay. Hot breakfast of eggs, bacon, potato cakes, boiled eggs, fresh fruit and lots more. Great exercise room with new equipment. Hotel room was spacious and feels clean and new. We had a Mountain View room and felt a little extra cost was worth it.

This hotel us so so. Didn't like the configuration of room. While in bed the bathroom is right in front of you so you stare into the mirror at yourself. TV off to the side. Room old but attempted update with paint. Lipstick on a pig. Asked for more coffee in room. Never came. Only way in and out of hotel was onto a busy 6 lane road with no light. Won't return here. So many other nicer hotels in the Springs
