Old Town Guesthouse B&B

My hubby and I had the greatest experience staying here. We only stayed one night, but the stay was comfortable, welcoming and very charming. Staff were kind and super helpful. Our room had a private patio and 2 person hot tub! Home-made breakfast was delicious and filling. They also had a recreation area with a pool table, darts, board games, old school arcade game and Bluetooth speaker to jam out. We will define recommend and stay again!

Stumbled across this place and we ended up staying for 6 nights!!! Will definitely be returning next time we visit Colorado Springs. The PERFECT view of the Rocky’s. This whole strip had so much to do. Our dog was allowed which was a total plus. Hot tub with a view, fireplace, spacious, very clean, friendly staff felt like family. I totally recommend this place. 10/10. They made us breakfast quesadillas and they were phenomenal! Also loved the yogurt parfaits. Totally better than an Airbnb. Will definitely be returning and bringing family next time! Thank you for the best stay guys!

WOW! What a wonderful experience!!! We knew exactly what to expect prior to arrival thanks to the video that the owners send out. Once we arrived however one of the owners Brandon was right there to greet us and ensure we had no questions. He then took us around the B&B and showed us to our beautiful room WITH A HOTTUB!!!! The rooms have gorgeous Mountain View’s. They are very clean and cozy. The next morning we had breakfast brought to our room and it was absolutely delightful!!! Would recommend for a weekend getaway or staycation!!!

I wanted to spend a couple of nights away from my busy household after the holidays. This B&B choice was perfect! With a good book, my walking shoes and time on my own I relished the comfort of Old Town B&B and the charm of Old Colorado City. My room on the third floor (elevator available if I had wanted it) was ideal. Views of Pikes Peak and Cheyenne Mountian through french doors to the hot tub on the balcony. Fireplace in my private sitting area. Coffee, tea and in-room fridge. Good sized bathroom. Delicious breakfasts and wonderful hosts! Tom and Brandon made me feel very welcome! I'm already wondering when I can go back! Thank you!!

Terrific experience! The owner Brandon greeted us upon arrival both times we arrived for our stay. Beautifully decorated historical building, with uniquely furnished rooms. Ours had a fireplace in the bedroom and a hot tub on the covered balcony with an amazing view of the night lights. The breakfast was delicious with fruit, yogurt, and granola to start followed by an egg and meat dish, which was my husband’s favorite part. There was no detail left unattended to at this lovely B & B. Don’t miss the chance to stay or return here. We sure won’t.

Highest recommendation for Old Town Guesthouse B&B. Centrally located in Old Colorado City, within walking distance of several shops and restaurants, some family-friendly and others date-night specific. The staff was lovely and accommodating. We originally stayed without kids, then brought them, and they had a blast downstairs playing pool and using the arcade machine.

We stayed 2 nights for our 42 nd anniversary. The accomodations are perfect, the facility is decorated beautifully, hot tubs on the balcony, breakfast delicious, location central in old Colorado city. Brandon and cycely, owners, friendly and very accommodating. Pool table in basement which I beat my husband 4 games!! It was a lovely time!
