Comfort Inn Dayton - Huber Heights

Stayed here with our team for a tournament. Honestly really good experience. Staff was helpful and made things smooth for us. One night they even got pizza for the whole team which was awesome after a long day of games. They worked around our game schedule and let us use a big screen to watch film. Rooms were clean and we pretty much had everything we needed. Would stay here again during the next tournament

Solid stay.|Clean, quiet and close to get back on the interstate. Brick Tap bar close by is an added bonus. Local brews and great burgers

This was my absolute worst hotel experience. Even after staying in places where they may have pestilence. It took the greeter almost 5 minutes to come out. And when she finally did, she was not cordial at all. I asked her about booking a room and she seemed like she was frustrated. I even told her that I was a member, and I frequently stayed in choice hotels she acted as if it was an issue to add my rewards number. Afterwards, she hassled me about my credit card. I explained to her that it was a Mastercard. She then took pictures of my card and i.d. Called someone spoke in another language. Finally she took my payment after almost 15 minutes of me standing there explaining that I was here on business and really tired and the only reason that I stopped at that location was because I had a meeting in the morning nearby. I would recommend that you never ever visit this hotel. It was clear to see why there weren't many guests that evening. I am making it my business to contact their management team and demand a full refund.

The staff are not friendly, courteous or professional. The hotel has only one luggage carrier, someone took it and kept it in their room, they checked out at 5:30 PM. I am 67 years old and handy capped. We asked if there was another luggage carrier, he said, no, but give me 15 mins and I will look for it. He was on the phone with a customer and was doing the best he could but long story short, we had to carry our luggage to the room which was very difficult due to mobility handicap. Breakfast, the waffle mix was very watery and which made the waffles uneatable. The facility itself was fine, in good shape.

We thank you for all your extra care for giving us a great stay while our Truck’s Windshield was being repaired. Our delay was improved by your hospitality and care…such that we had plenty of coffee, snacks and especially the parking under your canopy while our broken windshield was being repaired. While traveling, It was great to find your hotel in Huber Heights, OH. Again, we thank you for your concern.  Say thanks to all the workers

Hotel was conveniently located. It was very clean . Staff was friendly and polite. The only thing keeping me from giving a perfect score was the heater/ ac unit had a very musty smell coming from it that made the room smell. We bought some air freshener to counteract the smell and didn’t make a fuss about it . Like I said the room itself was clean ,hotel was clean, and staff was friendly so overall it was a very good experience

The room had a number of maintenance needs, including burned out light bulbs, a crooked bathtub faucet, and lots of outlets that wouldn't grip a plug. The HVAC system rattled loudly, disturbing sleep. The microwave in the room was coated with gravy from a previous guest. Much of the facility smelled strongly of chemical cleaner/disinfectant, and clearly housekeeping was spraying scented cleaner around the room to try to make it better, but really just making it smell like a chemical plant. Some of the bedding had been coated in the cleaner, and when I rolled over at night, I'd be awakened to a sniff of disinfectant. The breakfast was sort of meh, and couldn't find any butter. Overall, for the price point, I expected a lot better.
