Positive: Spacious and cozy amenities with plenty of the little extras like coffee and danish are always a treat but I most enjoyed the ease and convenience. Good travels! Negative: The local hillbilly theocracy of Montgomery County still hunts down and slaughters people there.

This hotel is super low price everything in the rooms (appliances, furniture, paint and floors) are brand new and super clean. Maria at the front desk was more than helpful and even showed me multiple rooms to pick from and my two chihuahua children were invited without hesitation because if they aren't allowed then I ain't going

I will never go back to this hotel. Tried to check in tonight, and they wanted to charge me more than double the amount I was guaranteed through Booking.com. I have checked in several times during the last few months guaranteed on my card, but paying cash for the room, and they have never asked me for more. When I checked in on Monday this week, they put me in room 214. The refrigerator was broken. They then moved me to room 216, where there was an inch of water on the floor, and a cockroach crawling across the floorboard. I kept the room, knowing I couldn't afford to go anywhere else. I booked the room through booking.com, because they are reputable. I STRONGLY suggest NOT booking ANYTHING at this hotel. Aside from one manager, the customer service is deplorable! Also, when I argued with them over the cost, because I have done it so many times before, the woman on duty argued with me for 10 minutes, and pulled out the "Do not rent to" notebook before I left. Wyndham has gotten more than $5k from me in the last year. I realize that it isn't much compared to the millions they make every year, but I am absolutely telling everyone, this is absolutely MOT your best choice. Try another company Hopefully, the customer service will be better.

I found that place via Priceline. They seemed to have good reviews so I rented two rooms from them for us. The first room they gave me had a rattling loud air conditioner, didn't have any soap, had one dirty towel on the rack in the bathroom. They put me in a different room. It smelled like weed smoke. It should have been a sign for me to go elsewhere but we were on a cross country 16 hour long trip and were extremely tired. One of the rooms they gave us had black hair on the bedsheet, mold in the bathroom, scum in the bath tub, toilet bowl had a suspicious brown residue inside the bowl, AC was loud and making noises. Weed smell in the room. The other room had a nasty bathroom. Had a wet wash rag sitting on the edge of the tub when my friend arrived. It was a very unpleasant experience. The clerk that worked the night of a check in didn't reply to "good evening" when I checked in. Just said " what is reservation number". The man that worked there in the morning was a bit more pleasant. Overall I would recommend to steer clear of this motel and go find elsewhere to stay.

Safe, clean, and comfortable rest. The swimming pool is refreshing. You will find your favorite dining and shopping you can ask for. Enjoy!

This was probably the WORST experience I have ever had at a hotel. My boyfriend and I came into town with our 2 kids from a road trip from FL to visit my family. We had only gotten 2 hrs of sleep, so we decided to get a hotel near by. We booked online, seemed like a good price but little did we know what we were about to deal with. I checked in around 3:15pm, got my keys to the room immediately and when I walked into the room it REEKED of cigarette smoke. As I stated I have 2 small children - a 2 year old and a 5 month old with a heart condition - so I couldn’t stay in this room. I went back to the front desk to request to be switched rooms. We were switched. We got into the new room and immediately smelled something off but couldn’t figure it out. We got showered and went to our scheduled plans for the night. We got back to the hotel, the smell was worse than ever, honestly smelled like meth or some other type of drug and when we looked around to see what that smell was we seen the smoke detector was covered up with a garbage bag. TALK ABOUT SAFETY CONCERN! So I marched down to the front desk to get this figured out. The lady there said there was nothing she could do. I asked to be switched rooms and she said there wasn’t anything available but also COULDNT issue us a refund. I went back to try to air the room out and discuss what to do next with my boyfriend, he proceeded to go back to the front desk to resolve the issue and she continued to get nasty with him, underplaying what was going on, being condescending, and down right rude. She then offered for us to be switched but at that point we were done because 2 rooms in a row smelling this bad ? Could not risk it with my two children. We went to another hotel down the street. But boyfriend was made physically ill by the extreme smell from the room. It made him light headed, vomit, and itchy. He has health conditions as well so this was not a safe situation for him either. And now the front desk is giving us the run around to get ahold of the manager. Keeps telling us to call back later because she doesn’t know how to get hold of him and "he should be in later but I don’t know". YEAH REAL PROFESSIONAL! This is the worst hotel, if you care about your health then I do not recommend.
