Motel Villa Serena

My husband and I booked a last minuite weekend trip to the area, and we actually really enjoyed our stay. The staff was so friendly! The room was perfect for us and the bed was so comfortable! We loved that the mattress had a mattress protector, made us feel more safe. It has everything you will need ☺️ they have parking on site (kind of limited) but there’s enough. We will definitely book here first our next trip

I stopped here late. They were able to accommodate me with a room last minute and the manager was super helpful. I had a wonderful night sleep. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The new remodel of the rooms were nicely done. I would stay here again.

Positive: Close to casino sycaun .. Negative: The parking space was so bad , the surrounding was so dirty ..

Stayed 2 nights, first night extremely noisy with a TV volume turned up to loud, our toilet ran all night and room next to us had a dog that he would let loose to do its business and when his door was open you could smell strong cigarette smoke in a non smoking hotel. The second night we were locked out of our room because the office thought we were only staying one night which felt strange but we were able to get in so then it felt un safe and our toilet ran all night so as soon as we got up and ready we packed up and left. It seemed like the person staying next to us with his dog may have been a live in or long time stay.

I had a wonderful stay here! The rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere made me feel comfortable and safe. For the price, it feels much more expensive:) I would give this place six stars if I could!

This is my first time staying here and I had a great experience. The owner his employees were great. They helped me with whatever I needed they are very nice. super clean rooms all redone modern very quiet for this area in El cajon this is the place to come I mean their prices are the lower ones that you see on any of the apps that you might be trying to find a motel on , but this place is by far cleaner than any of the other ones in the area, this isn't your dive cheap motel, the owner has done a beautiful job of remodeling the rooms and . I would definitely recommend this place and I will come back for sure

For the price of our stay, it was above and beyond what I expected. Rooms are very clean and they have nice decor. Staff was friendly. Complementary coffee and water. Will book again.
