This doesn't even deserve one star, please if you value your self at all stay away from this infestation. We booked a room for 2 nights with them and when we got to our room the sheets were filthy the walls were never washed and the water damage was bad that not even being the worse things. The cockroachs 🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳 were everywhere how does a hotel like this even stay open being so dirty with that many bugs. When we left our room immediately to change rooms we realized all were the same (disgusting) after the many apologies they locked themselves behind there security door to tell us that they would not refund us for the 2 night weekend premium and there was no bugs, we were lieing hahahaha what a bunch of lieing crooks. The best thing that could happen to this place is it to be condemned or start on fire. STAY AWAY!!!!! If your feeling like this may be a good deal, please take $150US and throw it in into the wind and sleep in a dumpster you will be safer there.

This hotel has cockroaches and very rude employees do not stay here if you don't have to definitely do not recommend!

Stayed here two nights while having some work done on my condo. Happened to notice it while coming into El Cajon on a back road that becomes W. Main Street. The architecture appears to be postwar modern, probably quite spiffy 70 years ago but not so much now. The Denny's next door, in architectural similar style, closed some time ago and the building is in disrepair. There's a Sombrero's Mexican food, an Arco station, and a Seven/11 across the street. It's a short drive or a brisk walk to the center of town, and there was a free concert in the plaza by the library my first evening there.||Had my apprehensions on first seeing it, but it was inexpensive and in a convenient location. I-8 is directly to the east, but the freeway noise isn't noticeable. The place is otherwise quiet and peaceful. The rooms are a bit aged, but everything is clean and functional. The staff is cordial and businesslike.||A pleasant surprise!

The cashier said my card was declined, then asked me for cash. I have had no problems with my card before, nor since. The cashier was unhelpful and dismissive. Considering the other reviews I'm seeing, I'm glad. I was recently in much better rooms with far friendlier service for the same price they were asking. The cashier's attitude was very fishy. Seemed like a scam.

This place is horrendous stay away at all cost bugs in the middle of the night. Staff is very unfriendly and the overall condition is a dump very disappointed in this one.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!!! - Cockroaches in the room. - Hot water constantly running out - Beds were extremely uncomfortable. - The bedding was old with holes in it. - Online it said 2 queen beds however when I got in the room, it was 2 full-size beds. - Pillows were solid hurting your neck when you slept. - Pillows had someone else's hair on them. - Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt everywhere. - Curtains had holes in them. - Fridge was dirty and smelled horrible and the bottom of it was rusty. - The furniture in the room was stained, ripped and falling apart. - Homeless people wondering around the property. -Google said hotel has free breakfast. This was not true we found out in the morning. I told the hotel they need to remove this from Google. Basically false advertising. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Worst hotel experience ever! When I asked to speak to the manager I was told they would not be available for 3 days. I was checking out after 1 day since the hotel was so bad. I asked if there is any compensation for all these things wrong with my room. I was told that there was nothing that could be done.

Would go lower if i could. Disgustingly dirty, cockroaches all over our room.
