They have great weekly rates excellent. If you're in the military and you need a place to stay until you get improcessed and can't find a place.| The employees were very helpful. Never acted like you were a bother. I needed extra shampoo and Didn't act like they were put out their way to help even if it was late at night. Was knowledgeable about the surrounding area. And When I needed a late check out We're very polite and not rude and worked with me. Thank you for a wonderful stay very clean place

Going through a tough time financially. Called this hotel for rate and Mariah at the front desk was extremely helpful. She was able to price match an excellent rate and was very friendly. Super professional service, I definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was amazing after a long drive from North Carolina as we are just passing through. The room was clean quite and cozy for a great night of well deserved Zzzzzzzz A+ Staff. Highly recommended

The rooms are "okay" you get what you pay for . Great. The service was not what I paid for , over 4 days I got two rolls of toilet paper -super thin- for my husband and I and I was treated like a common criminal when I asked for another roll. So my 175$ stay only warranted 2 rolls of to and one change of towels. Like I said The rooms are what you pay for and The AC works great. Location is Convenient. Pets are welcome with no issues or added fees. All pluses .

This place has great customer service, especially the guy at the front desk named Angelo. Dude went about and beyond! I highly recommend this place for a good stay. Will visit again.

Terrible service NO HOUSEKEEPING Rooms smell old and there was parafenelia on the inside of the couch that is placed inside the room. Yelling all hours of the day and night. TOWELS ARE DIRTY SHEETS LOOK USED OVERALL BAD HOTEL OWNER OR MANAGER VERY RUDE IGNORED US THE WHOLE TIME I AM SO GLAD I AM NOT FROM HERE DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK TO THIS HOTEL AT ALL WHEN I VISIT THIS AMAZING CITY OVERALL I DONT RECOMMEND I RATHER PAY LESS FOR BETTER SERVICE ACROSS THE STREET.
