Palace Inn Blue El Paso

This is our preferred hotel for our frequent bowling tournament trips in El Paso. It is super clean and well maintained. The staff is excellent and always ensures we are well taken care of. The lobby/breakfast area is fantastic and well stocked. There are many restaurants within a few minutes drive. We can't say enough good things about this hotel!!!

Excellent place to stay we even extended our stay after checking out. Lol. We love it here. VERY clean, quiet, can't hear traffic from the I-10 and most staff kind and friendly. However, no matter how hard I tried, the lady at the front desk in the morning on Friday/Saturday was not friendly at all and she acted like she didn't want to be there. Maybe the owner/manager as she seem to do as she wished and didn't care how she treated her customers. That is okay because everyone else that worked at the front desk was friendly and very professional the way people should be working at a hotel front desk. The hotel was accomodating and met our special request. We checked out on Thursday and as we were driving away, about 30 minutes later we decided that we weren't quite ready to move on with our trip and would like to stay another two nights. Called hotel and they put us back in our room another two nights. Price is worth the stay and quality of hotel.

I stayed here quite a few times when we would travel to El Paso. Other than the fact that the shower curtain is too short and lets water drain on the floor, it was an ok hotel. However, the last time I stayed, I got in late and asked the front desk staff if I could get a little milk for my baby. This is the only time I’d ever asked for anything. He said no because it wasn’t during breakfast hours. We had been traveling on a plane all day and had to get back in the car to drive to a gas station to buy milk. I was disappointed by this level of service. Although it’s not a requirement for them to provide milk, it would have been appreciated. Fast forward a few months, we are back in El Paso and did NOT stay at this place. Instead we stayed at one of the major chains and when we asked for milk upon arrival, they gave us some without even charging. This extra effort doesn’t go unnoticed and we will prioritize staying at locations that provide the extra details, which Palace Inn Blue El Paso unfortunately fails to provide.

Absolutely 5/5. This was an unexpected surprise while traveling through. We require handicapped accommodations and this room was truly accessible with a roll-in shower and adjustable showerhead. Super clean room and grounds. It's going to be on my list of friendly places when traveling! Highly recommend.

The cleaning ladies to a really good job. yes they're in a good mood because the owners are kind to them and I believe even buy them lunch sometimes. I absolutely do not think that this is the type of place that would usually have bedbugs and whatever happened with this other recent review in case you see it I would say as a fluke this is a very clean place. I am retired military and have a very, very high standard for cleanliness. I have been here for over a week now..

Very clean place to stay. The only reason I gave a 3 for service was due to the continental breakfast. It left a lot to be desired. It would be nice to have more options available for the breakfast.

Excellent find after a disappointing experience down the road. Was hesitant as it's not a name brand I recognized but was extremely satisfied. Especially with the staff on night of arrival. Would recommend.
