Holiday Inn El Paso West - Sunland Park by IHG

Freddy was the best server! I had breakfast and he helped me with the best table for power for my computer to keeping water with fresh lemons. I only wish I could find service like this at home. Good job hiring Freddy Holiday Inn! Food was great too!

Had a great stay, room was clean and comfortable. Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash in bathroom. Had the breakfast included in our stay and was good, but it is sit down served, not buffet. ||Used the weight room, it was clean and organized. But, it didn’t have wipes for the equipment once done with them. ||Would stay again, but didn’t realize the rooms are villas, doors are accessible from the outside and individual buildings. The buildings are gated and need your room key to get in.

Positive: "" Negative: I did not like the room at All ... and stunk. It was disgusting. Worst room I've gotten.

Mainly writing this review for the service. Brett at front desk was kind and attentive to our needs. Freddy at the cafeteria was the sweetest, with the friendliest and most thoughtful service. Both were so very sensible and thoughtful. Want to give them high praise!

Spacious suite, 2 bathrooms and a large bathtub was nice. Floors were very stained, security door latch was missing, and I found the last persons sushi in the fridge 🤢 also had my cards deactivated two separate times during my stay. Will explore other options next time

Shannon (Kitchen) and Priscilla (Bar) were absolutely amazing! They not only provided the best service to me, BUT I saw how they treated every single customer. I’m actually going to stay here the next time I’m in town JUST because of those two amazing employees. Please make sure they receive the kudos they deserve because customer service has fallen off since COVID but these two are refreshing.

Never been so freaked out in my life!! I travel for a living and stay in IHG hotels every night! That being said there are safty measures that I take! This hotel failed all of them! The rooms are actually villas so you have to park, then go through a locked gate to get to your villa! Not a straight walk...just a bunch of blind corners & dark walk ways. Walked in my room and the safty lock was broken off! The actual lock I couldn't get locked. Which is werid! Never seen that before! Then I looked at the joining room that connects to the other room next door & there's a little lock...not a bolt...but like this little lock! Anybody can get in! I checked out so quick! The front desk guy was so nice but that hotel is just not safe!
