Hotel Hidden Valley

One Star is too many for this place!! We arrived at this location for a late night check in after a long day of traveling. Within seconds of entering the room i noticed there was a roach on the wall. The bed was stained and there was a bug on the pillow. It did not take long to see a bug on the wall by the bed and on the dresser. Closer inspection showed them on the ceiling and tub. We contacted the front desk. The woman came with a bad attitude as if we were lying. She offered another room. Which as soon as we entered we saw the bed was just as stained. We are not willing to stay in a hotel that is infested and filthy. Her attitude continued and she refused to allow us to speak to the manager who she was apparently in contacted with. While waiting for refund confirmation a transient man came in the front office, messed with the camera and threated both the front desk lady and us as well.. It is 10:30 labor day weekend. Hotels are either sold out or outrageously priced for same night checkins.

Check in was fine, checkout was a nightmare. Stephanie is not a very friendly human. Very rude, not only to us, but to other customers. Never had a hotel knock on the room door before check out time to tell you about the check out time, rush you, and threaten a late check out fee.

Had dirty sheets and pillowcases. It was late so I had to go down to the front desk to get some clean ones and the so called clean ones or even dirtier than the ones that were in the room. Had to go to Walmart and buy some.

I stayed there on 9/19/21 and the lady that checked us in was so friendly and made our experience a good one thanks Stephanie
