Inn at Port Gardner-Everett Waterfront, Ascend Hotel Collection

The room is spacious and clean! The backyard view is amazing right by the port The gentleman Paul at the front desk so welcoming us and helping We felt so fortunate to meet him! Definitely wanna come back next time!

The customer service at this hotel out weighs the lack of amenities. EVERYONE on the staff is extremely kind and helpful We had a room on the 1st floor (elevator was out). Our room was small. It would have been crowded with 4 people (we had 3). There's nowhere to sit, 1 hook for towels, etc. On the upside our room had a door that opened to a little patio, and we could look out over the marina. Anthony's restaurant is EXCELLENT and a short walk.

This hotel is has a ton of potential but falls short in critical areas. The location is superb. The Everett Waterfront and Marina has been undergoing a massive redevelopment. Every employee that we encountered on site was nice but it felt like there is zero attention to detail. We stayed 5 nights in a suite and had nowhere to put our clothing. I could hang about 6 items but there is no dresser. Nothing. My husband had to store his clothes in the bathroom area. I lived out of my suitcase. ||Housekeeping was incredibly inconsistent and most days our bed was not made, drinking glasses not replenished, water not restocked, counters and tables not wiped down. The worst part was finding the most disgusting pair of heavily soiled underwear next to the bed. GROSS! We also had fake fingernails and pills scattered about. ||A robe was replaced with a ratty lavender one that looked like it was worn by a homeless person. Yuck. ||The sofa was so worn that we had to shove a throw pillow under the cushions so we could sit properly. ||1/2 of the balcony was taken up by the A/C compressor. So you have to turn off the A/C to be able to sit on the tiny balcony.||The elevator had been out of service for over a month as was the vending machine.

Paul at the front desk was awesome, he was super friendly and super helpful! The hotel itself is showing it's age, but it was clean. What kept this place from getting 5 stars was the awful breakfast! We were excited to find out that they would deliver our breakfast to our room, but when it showed up we were severely disappointed! The "steak breakfast burrito" was an El Monterey frozen burrito fresh out of the microwave that was really disgusting! The rest of the breakfast was pretty bad as well. Bad way to end what was otherwise a pleasant experience!

We love how quiet it is but I think it needs some new mattresses also the noise from the elevator kept me awake. Luckily there were not a lot of people staying there. We have stayed here several times before and never had visitors these problems.

The hands down best place to stay in Everett! It's only gotten better with all the improvements and additional businesses the Port of Everett has attracted to the waterfront in the past few years.

From the moment we walked in, the front desk lady was so nice and friendly. They do have a $75 security deposit, but it’s clearly stated, and check-in was smooth. I liked that they lock the lobby at night—it made me feel safe. Parking was easy, and I thought the little gift and breakfast baskets in the morning were such a cute touch. In the morning, they even called to let us know our food was running a little late because we had a larger order. Anytime I called the front desk, they were quick to respond. At one point, they were going to send maintenance up right away (even though I told them it wasn’t necessary since we were about to leave), which I really appreciated—it showed they cared. The view from our room was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. Overall, everyone was friendly and helpful. I’d give it an 9/10 and would definitely stay again.
