Water's Edge Inn

Such a darling, "off the beaten path,"happy place!!! The Southern hospitality exudes from the staff and as you drive up on the property there is music playing. The complimentary breakfast is not ordinary… always a homemade casserole, fresh eggs and sausage everyday with coffee and juice.They also have bagels, cereals etc. Happy hour is also delightful! The rooms and every area is SUPER clean. We also enjoyed riding the bikes while we were there. You really get a lot for your stay. It was very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The Waters’Edge is a nice laid back bed and breakfast. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood. Folly Beach is also a nice laid back beach town. So the Inn is a perfect fit. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. It has a nice shaded sitting area outside to relax and enjoy the weather. They had a top notch breakfast for us in the morning. If you go away hungry it’s your fault. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I stayed here one night and loved it so much we booked another night. Rooms were beautiful and very clean, felt like being at home away from home. Staff was friendly and accommodating we absolutely love it here and will definitely be staying here next time we’re in the area.

What an amazing B&B, we stayed here for the weekend and it’s super close to the beach and all the restaurants. The staff were very helpful and nice, and all the other guests were friendly and respectful. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit folly beach. Thanks for being amazing hosts!

This is an awesome place. I’ve been coming to Folly for years now and I never knew about the Waters Edge Inn until this weekend. I wanted to stay somewhere and they had great prices so I booked it. The room was absolutely amazing and the service from Erin and Ruthie was top-notch. They welcomed me with a cocktail and they even shuttled me to a couple of restaurants in their golf cart at no charge. Breakfast was delicious as well. I highly recommend the Waters Edge Inn. I will definitely come back.

This bed and breakfast is absolutely amazing! From the beautifully decorated rooms to the exceptional service, every detail is thoughtfully done. You truly feel welcomed and cared for the moment you arrive. I’ve stayed here during my visits to Folly, and it’s become my go-to place — I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommend for a relaxing and unforgettable stay!

Outstanding property, the staff is friendly and they ensure the guests are taken care of. Location is great and the adults only lets you relax, laugh and joke wo having to bring it to a full "G" rating. Would stay there again and again!!
