Best place I’ve stayed in Florida! Hans was exceptionally accommodating! He allowed us to check in several hours early as well as enjoy property and pool as long as we wished until we needed to leave for our flight. Also, Max the grounds keeper was super attentive and available for anything we needed. These two seriously couldn’t have been better hosts! We will undoubtedly be back!!!! Thank you so much for hospitality and a great relaxing birthday escape. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with this property and their customer service!!!!! Thank you so much guys!!!

This property is not a hotel, resort, or guest accommodation. It is a privately owned and owner-occupied residence. This constitutes a material misrepresentation on Expedia, where the property was advertised as a hotel or resort. Because the booking was non-refundable, guests were deprived of any reasonable opportunity to avoid or mitigate this deception. The premises offer no reasonable expectation of privacy. The room is extremely small and inaccurately described as a "suite," and the overall environment is inconsistent with what a reasonable consumer would expect from a legitimate hotel or resort listing. Most critically, the property is equipped with extensive video surveillance. The existence, location, and scope of these cameras were not disclosed prior to booking, and no express or informed consent was obtained from guests. Under Florida Statute § 810.145 (Video Voyeurism), it is unlawful to secretly observe or record individuals in a dwelling or private space where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Additionally, undisclosed surveillance in a property marketed as a hotel may constitute invasion of privacy and a violation of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.201 et seq.), as the presence of surveillance is a material fact that would affect a consumer’s decision to book. This undisclosed monitoring materially interfered with guests’ use, enjoyment, and sense of personal security. The listing fails to meet the legal and disclosure standards reasonably expected of hotel accommodations in Florida. Prospective guests should be fully informed of the true nature of the property and any surveillance practices before booking.

Loved my visit here! My husband and I booked a 3 day, 2 night long weekend this Labor Day, and had a great time. Very relaxed atmosphere, everything was new and clean, great location (walkable within 10-15min of the main strip of Wilton Manors, close to all of the local gay spots), the host was friendly and very inviting. We chatted with some of the other guests and everyone was very nice. The check-in process was a little unconventional, and the outdoor lighting at night was very bright (though it was beautiful! Eye masks were provided which was great) but other than that, great stay. We’d book again!

Awesome place to stay. Close to everything but still private and relaxing. Very safe and welcoming. Guests were always welcomed. If you are looking for sexy time, go to a bathhouse they r close. Otherwise awesome relaxation and the hosts were very kind a friendly too

Beautiful set up, very clean, new, up to date. In my opinion, this is a voyager hotel. There is no office, or staffing, everything is run remotely, digitally. Which is great, but the entire, and i mean every single corner of this establishment is under camera surveillance. We felt very uncomfortable/exposed as this is a clothing optional resort. We never gave any permission to be videoed in the nude, or photographed and when asking who was watching or if it was being broadcasted somewhere without our consent, no answer. No privacy AT ALL. best of luck!

Third time here this year will be back in December! Prime location walking distance to some of the best restaurants and bars! Owner always pleasant, updated, beautiful atmosphere! Haven’t left yet but ready to come back already

Absolutely incredible venue! Well located just a few blocks away from all the bars, restaurants, and shops in Wilton Manors. The home is a purposeful design of two mirror image wings, one for owner, the other for guests with twin pools separating them. I had the opportunity to participate in two pool parties within a week. The home accommodated close to 200 men for entertainment. One of the bnb guests invited me to see the room, bath, and shared public space. Everything was finished to the highest standards. A bonus is that the owner who designed this magnificent property lives here and acts as an onsite concierge. I could not imagine a nicer place to stay when visiting Ft Lauderdale/Wilton Manors.
