This is a great centralized location and a safe area. The host Angie was helpful throughout my whole stay. And the air traffic does stop overnight.
Northcoast RV Park and Marina is the cleanest, most comfortable, drama free, very well kept up Maintenance wise, Angela which is the owner is very fair with everyone and is a very sweet and understanding woman but also sticks to her standards as far as what is expected and what's not from her tenants. The yards trees and slabs are always kept up and cleaned. Extremely quiet calm Park. At anytime I walk out my door did i ever have an issue with peace privacy or neighbors. That is all thanks to Angela and how she manages and takes care of her Park and it being on the water is such an amazing bonus. I have been here 4 years and would never go to another park anywhere else. Permanent Resident
I moved here a few months ago and it’s been a great place to stay. I had no place to go as everything else around the area was full and they were 6 months max so I would have to pick up and go. This place is month to month and I can stay for as long as I would like. It’s a quiet little park close to everything shops restaurants and entertainment. Everyone at the park is friendly, never any issues, it’s well maintained and the owner is the best. Angela has been great since day one and I am very appreciative of everything she has done to help me. She is a phone call away and always happy to assist me! She was and will continue to be a blessing to me. Thank you Angela!!!
I bought an RV in May to live in. Looking around most places cater to tourists and only allow you to stay for 6 months at a time. I couldn’t see myself relocating every six months. I still work full time and needed a home base between my excursions. I am allowed to stay as long as I want, paying month to month. There are people here that have been here for a while, which was comforting. I am surrounded by a good group of neighbors that are nice and informative if I ever have any questions. It is quiet here and people keep to themselves. I am glad that I moved here. Yes, there are planes that fly up above but, I don’t find them bothersome and I enjoy watching them at times. I am fully hooked up with no issues. I even have xfinity service. Angela is always super helpful if I need to reach out to her. I find it to be a cute neighborhood in the middle of everything. I feel safe here and would recommend this place. It is always well maintained.
A great place for work or play. I was sent to Fort Lauderdale for work and expected to be here for about 2 years. Every campground within a reasonable distance from my job site all had the same "6 months only" policy, but Angela doesn’t have such limitations. Stay for as long as you need. Other than the intermediate plane overhead it is a very quiet park that is highly maintained, be it the roads or the landscaping. There are 3 ways into the park with no back way out so security and safety is no concern. There is waterfront walking areas with the occasional iguana sunbathing if you have a dog that wants to go on a 5 second hunt before the lizard dives into the water. The neighbors are all respectful and nice, and will engage in conversation or give you solitude, whatever you so desire. The park is located about 8 minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale (less than that if you learn the backroads), 4 minutes from the airport, and within a 5 minute walk of a great seafood restaurant. I would recommend this park to anyone in Fort Lauderdale needing a place to stay, be it short term or for a long haul, I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
This park was a blessing to me and my husband back in February and March of this year. We sold our house and needed a place to stay in a pinch to park our RV and live for a few months to work before leaving for Oregon. Angela was kind and professional. She made sure we took the last spot during high season in Fort Lauderdale ( there are literally zero RV spots in the winter!). The park is clean, well kept and safe. The marina is beautiful to walk at night with a glass of wine. The airplanes flying over was the best part. We loved to sit outside at night and watch them coming down… we will definitely consider staying again or recommending it to anyone. Thanks again, Angela!
My wife and myself have lived here full time for the past 3 months and we love it here! It’s a small cozy park where all the neighbors are truly friendly and watch each other’s back. Angie the owner is amazing! Any issues or concerns she’s only a phone call or text away. She keeps the park super clean, no junk RVs and no hoodlums hanging around. We also own a boat and love the convenience of the on-site marina. Our boat is literally steps away from our RV site. We lived at a nearby park for 3 years before we moved here and all I can say is I wish we moved here sooner!
