The Lauderdale Boutique Hotel

We spent three nights here and were blown away by the attention to detail. The breakfast spread was incredible, and the fine-dining restaurant on-site is a must-visit. Special thanks to the concierge team for the seamless recommendations. Every interaction felt personal and genuine.

The room is smaller than expected. The bathroom is Nice but there are Not enough towels. Also the bed has yellow and Grey stains and hair on it and the pillows are smelling like pee. We asked for another room and more towels but Both hasnt been done yet. Seems like we have to stay in a peed bed. I don’t want to look for more and see more disgusting things.

The website’s description did not match the condition of the accommodation when I arrived. I was really hoping to be able to refer crew here and provide a positive review. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Even after promptly informing the hotel of the below standard cleanliness level the room wasn’t able to be serviced until the day prior to my departure. I had requested the issues be addressed on Thursday or I be moved to a clean room. Updates were to be email on my requests and none were received. When contacting them again it was stated a deep clean would be done on Friday and the cleaning fee refunded. A deep clean was not performed and I’m awaiting the refund. I shared the images of my arrival with my crew mates as one stated they had stayed before inquiring if this is the normal conditions for this hotel before contacting the hotel via email as it was after hours.

Would not recommend staying here. We stayed (1) night before our cruise on Jan 4th and again when we returned on Jan 9. The first night our air did not work, we noticed mold everywhere, the place was very dirty. Hotter in the room than it was outside. Again, when we returned we had the same experience. Still no air, mold still present (obviously). When we showered, we put a towel down on the floor to catch the water as there was no curtain and the towel was BROWN when we lifted it back up. We forgot beer in the room during the first stay, the same beer was in the room when we got back. Obviously didn’t get cleaned very well. Customer service was terrible. Tried texting the phone number that was "available 24/7" per our check in email regarding the issues and never got a reply. All of the chairs outside and tables have mold on them too. Can’t say I recommend this place at all.

Really tremendous room, overall. I felt like I was in a well designed modern future. I was not expecting something this good for such a reasonable price. Tip - call ahead for your room code. No lobby is open after 4pm.

I did a reservation for the same Day believing this was a truly boutique hotel but got dissapointed by the following situations: - The facilities are not of a "Boutique Hotel" there are more like a "Glorified" Motel with certain "Renovations". Not worth the money.... - There's no reception nor administration personnel at the facilities. So if you encounter any situation there's no one to help. - I've book the for the same Day. And when we arrived and find out that the facilities wasn't what we expected tried to get a refund but they stated that it won't be possible due to not canceling 72 hours prior.......It was booked the same day.....how it can be canceled 72 hour before it was booked. They retain the whole amount. I left the property minutes after arrival because of the disappointment. Long story short. Don't waste your money or time. It looked better in the photos and the web site than it truly is. Scam

My stay at The Lauderdale Boutique Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I was amazed by how truly quaint the property is. It has this sort of sense about it that immediately put me at ease. Throughout my stay, I was impressed by how peaceful and quiet the property remained, which was a nice contrast to my everyday hustle and bustle.||||I was particularly impressed by the various sized rooms. Whether you're alone or a family, each space feels inviting and has a calming ambiance that will guarantee a restful night's sleep. Beyond this, something I was truly impressed with was the staff's communication. They were proactive and responsive no matter what time I contacted them. They always responded within minutes, which was sincerely appreciated.||||Lastly, the true cherry on top of this hotel's sundae is their location! Nestled in a quiet little neighborhood off US1 near 17th Street in Fort Lauderdale, it provides easy access to everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer while maintaining a sense of secluded tranquility. ||||The Lauderdale Boutique Hotel is a true find! I absolutely recommend it to anyone traveling, anyone local who wants to have a staycation, or anyone in general who is in the market for some R&R! You WON'T be disappointed!
