Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston NW Beltway 8-West Road by IHG

Very friendly and hard working staff all around (Front Desk, Kitchen, Room Keeping)! Mrs. Blanca, at the kitchen and eating area, was extremely efficient and focused on her job. Even with two college baseball teams staying at the hotel, She managed to always keep the breakfast buffet filled with a variety of food while she constantly kept cleaning the tables and maintaining the breakfast area impeccable 👍🏻👍🏻. The hotel rooms were clean and the price affordable for overnight stays. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the facilities/rooms could benefit from renewed/steamed carpets, something that I found was more of a corporate support issue and not necessarily this hotel’s staff work ethos.

I stayed in the hotel for just a night before taking a flight from Houston airport. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and well-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee/tea maker and TV. Breakfast was very substantial and delicious. Staff was extremely friendly and a special mention for Porsha, Joao and Kim. Being an IHG member, I was graciously allowed a late check out. What tops everything is the complimentary airport shuttle. However, do remember to call the hotel for a pickup as the shuttle does not do fixed rounds. |Thank you for a comfortable experience!

the staff is amazing. the rooms are clean. i loved staying here they greet you so well when you enter and make you feel like family. shoutout to crystal erica jamal and richelle. great front staff can’t complain at all

July is amazing; very helpful in the cafe. The hospitality and service was great. The Hotel has a really fresh scent through out the rooms and lobby. Highly recommended!

I wish I could give this hotel a better rating because the staff was excellent. The breakfast was great, the pool was immaculate and I had it all to myself for days. It is also within walking distance of where I was working. It’s in a very convenient location and they had plenty of parking. All of that being said, the room smelled terribly of stale cigarettes. My clean clothes actually stank it was so bad. Several of my towels had stains and pet hairs on them and the ottoman had stains on it. I’m sure they would have moved me but the room should still not have been in that condition. Unfortunately, will stay somewhere else next time I come to Houston

Really nice interior the rooms where clean and my desk service was provided by Kristal wich was amazing very nice women. Beds are comfortable and sheets as well, no holes,no bugs,no dirt and breakfast in the morning along with 24/7 coffee, wifi if needed, direct TV, very effective A.C, fridge provided along with microwave. And security in the parking lot also they have a washer and dryer
