Really good hotel well managed the lady who manages it through the day. I can’t remember her name does dog rescues. She is very pleasant. Very helpful explaining about restaurants in the area. Good places to go. This hotel is right off the interstate about three blocks. Good parking we needed to lay over there for two days. She was very accommodating with us pet friendly one of the better hotels I’ve stayed at. I would recommend it.

Property and room was clean. Staff was friendly. But that's all I can say good of this place. The breakfast was no where near what it shows on the website. No hot food and stale pastries. There was no fridge and they had hard boiled eggs, milk and yogurt in makeshift containers with ice. The coffee maker dispensed plenty of grounds. The room door safety lock was broken and the door frames were rusty. The tub had the wrong handle on it so it was hard to figure out how to turn it on. VERY noisy. Could hear every footstep upstairs and there was slamming doors all hours of the day and night. If you are a Roku or Firestick traveler, the TV's are mounted on the wall with the HDMI connectors facing the rear making it impossible to hook something up. Go down the road to Comfort Inn I-80. Much better accommodations.

Positive: Beds and pillows!!!! Negative: Laundry area,Basic and I mean Basic Cable , judgemental hotel staff non verbal, Vending machines lacking attention, A/C slash Heater filters could use a cleaning and maintenance fan stuck on in the constant mode

Hair in the sheets, hair in the tub, floor around toilet gross. In the morning discovered the comforter had 6 pee like stains and fresh blood on it. Sheets were also stained and dingy. I reported this to front desk as I’d never seen anything like this before. However, we left 3 months supply of insulin in the refrigerator accidently. We were at local coffee shop before hitting the freeway across country, when front desk called to let us know. The room cleaners had immediately brought it down to her - and she called us quickly. That was above and beyond courteous and helpful. We’re very grateful and thankful.

I experienced roaches 🪳 in the first hour told manger lady at counter an she said that she think I'm lying an just trying to get a free stay . I went back to room an hours later I saw more an this time showed pictures of them no one did nothing an told me to talk the the manager the lady from the night before . Nothing . The next day I saw more an delivered the roaches to her in cup an tissue. She said u ant never see a roach 🪳 what the big deal . So I had no choice after the first day she told me my booking was non refundable so I had to stay or lose my money . So I took pictures of everything I saw all over the hotel

This hotel looks a little better in photos, the rooms were relatively clean but there was one chair in our room that looked so dirty that it should have been thrown out. All of the employees were very nice and welcoming. I didn’t eat the breakfast so I do t have a review for that.

Well where do I even start. Before I check in anywhere, I always ask may I view the room first. So glad I did at this place, the room that was to be rented to me had used towels spread all over the floor when I entered it, the funkiest, musty, mildew'y smell in the room. Of course, I immediately said NO and left. I left the room search to my friend who circled back to this place while I was fast asleep - she was not aware of the interaction that taken place earlier. My card was swiped and the room was secure - a good night rest for the night or so I thought. The same attendant rented another room that smell just as bad as the first I couldn't stomache it so my Sisterfriend and I decided to leave. I requested a refund to my card, they charge me $140 dollars on my card but is planning to only REFUND $120 Dollars??!! So you better believe I'm watching my account, I will happily give this business/company a piece of my mind if ALL my FUNDS are NOT REFUNDED! The review, NEVER GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A STRONG SENSE OF SMELL and ALWAYS ASK TO SEE THE ROOM FIRST!!!!!
