Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites

My stay at this hotel was incredible from start to finish. The staff greeted me with genuine warmth and made me feel comfortable right away. The room was spotless, nice jet tub, and had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely come back for my 3rd time soon! Highly recommend if you want comfort, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere all in one place!

This hotel is a bargain! Rooms were exceptionally clean, updated new carpet. The pool was great. The breakfast had good choices, was hot and the attendant was a joy. We were traveling and only there for one night so this location was perfect for us. The front desk person was exceptionally helpful.

I had an unfortunate experience during check-in. I accidentally booked a room with only a standing shower and did not notice it at first. When I arrived at the front desk, I explained that I actually needed a room with a bathtub. I tried to clarify the situation and even explained that in another hotel I recently stayed at, the bathtub was leaking when I tried to fill it, so this time I specifically wanted a room where I could properly take a bath and relax after a long day of travel. However, there seemed to be a misunderstanding at the front desk. It felt like the staff member did not fully understand what I was asking for, or maybe there was a language barrier. As a result, I was still given the same room with only a standing shower. I understand that I initially booked that room type by mistake, but I tried to explain the situation at check-in and hoped the staff could help find a simple solution. Better communication at the front desk would make the experience much better for guests.

Stayed for two weeks from before Christmas until after new years. This will be my go to when I go back for visits with family from now on. Average rooms, good customer service, they clean when you request service and decent price.

I have stayed here many times and while booking the room after 4 pm I tried to change the date of check in to 12/26/25 but it wouldn’t allow me to. I called the location directly to see if I can get an accommodation in their system and was flat out told NO that if I didn’t show up on 12/25/26 that I would be charged a NO SHOW Fee of $83 WOW how much respect they have for their customers. So strongly suggest you think hard before choosing this place for your next stay. I called Hampton inn in Joliet and the made accommodation right over phone and gave me discount to offset the unnecessary NO SHOW fee charge because I had to cancel entire stay. Thank you to the staff at this BEST WESTERN in Joliet/ Shorewood Illinois location. Exceptional customer service best ever. Will not accommodate but quick to take money

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern & clean. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. The price was reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.
