Hampton Inn Joliet - I-80

Upon arrival my wife and myself was greeted with a friendly welcome. Checked in was quick and all questions were answered and on our way to our room. The room was clean and both queen beds were comfortable. Our room was on the 2nd floor facing the front of the building. Very quiet and able to relax. The breakfast was good but the only problem is I wish there was a microwave so we could have warmed up the food without going back upstairs. The rooms have refrigerator and microwave . The refrigerator could have kept items a little colder. Check out was easy. We look forward to our next visit.

Rooms always clean, beds super comfy, The whole staff is literally THE best ever! Breakfast was perfect (although I was working 3rd shift each time I visited so it was dinner for me) and on that note, I never had a hard time sleeping during the day. It was always so quiet and perfect. I kept the door hanger sign on my door and was never woke up my housekeeping, instead Christina messaged me asking if there was anything I needed and everything was on my time and according to my schedule. The most accommodating stay ive ever had. Thanks guys!

Positive: "" Negative: The hotel guests from the girls soccer team or teams took over the hotel. They mis behaved and were not corrected by the parents or hotel staff.

Waited til the last moment to book a stay and they were very accommodating to these weary travelers. Room was clean, beds comfortable and bathroom was spacious and able to accommodate our loved one using a wheelchair. Breakfast was good with plenty of options and attentive staff.

The Google "about" page says they have a hot tub… they don’t. They should probably take down the pictures that they’ve posted within the year that show a hot tub. We chose this over other hotels specifically for the hot tub.

I had no negative experiences during my stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly each time I had spoken with them. My room was clean, the hallways were clean. Overall a peaceful stay! It's in a good location; close proximity to restaurants, easy to reach the freeway. Really made my trip easier.

Great location and great front desk staff. Breakfast is always A-1.The only thing is that housekeeping will knock on your door early as hell if you don’t have that dnd sign on your door.
