We have been coming to this casino for a long time. It’s clean, well kept, and conveniently close to home — but unfortunately, we won’t be returning. My wife and I were playing digital roulette and having a great time. We were on a good run, using a system that was working well, and had made a decent amount of money. Suddenly, a security staff member approached us and, in a very rude manner, told us we had to get up so the machines could be serviced. We tried to explain that we were in the middle of active play, but she simply said, "Time to move, have a good night," and forced us out of our seats. Because we were made to leave mid-session, we weren’t able to finish our strategy and ended up losing a significant amount on our last bets as a result. The whole interaction felt unnecessary and handled very poorly. With so many great casino options available now — Shorewood, Homewood, Gary, and others — there’s no reason to return to a place that treats loyal customers this way. Unfortunately, this experience was enough for us to take our business elsewhere.

When we checked in, we noticed the elevator was out from the hotel to upper level for the parking garage. We asked the front desk where we should park. She said across the street in the deck. This was our first time to this particular casino and we didn’t realize there was another garage at the casino end that didn’t require us to haul big bags up and down the escalator. Hotel was quiet. Bathtub very slippery (even with the mat). Beds too soft. Small casino was nice and easy to get to. We even won a bit but that didn’t make up for sore backs from hauling luggage.

Positive: Wouldn't fit below; however, none of the restaurants are open on Monday. Negative: No mention of an additional resort fee at check in when booking. The did not offer cleaning services and did not inform me that the room would not be cleaned daily. For an additional $18 a day in resort fees, they should at least offer daily cleaning.

Would not stay again. The rooms were a big disappointment for the exorbitant price. We were expecting nice linens and chocolates on the pillow. Instead we got charged $17.40 amenity fee - not sure for what because it’s an undisclosed fee. Bed had visible body dips-obviously old. Bathroom floor had not been washed for some time. The bathroom faucet had a constant drip. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location convenient for downtown shows.

Drove down from Wisconsin was my first mistake. The sign in the casino proudly boasts 89.6% RTP. I had gone in knowing there was no physical Sportsbook but being a Caesars property would have a few kiosks scattered throughout the floor to place sports wagers. That was not the case either. Tried getting something to eat on Sunday night and only option open was the grill. No problems until they tell you not to order cause making a hamburger will take a half hour. Rooms I thought were good and hotel workers were really nice. The casino has to be the worst part of this as well as the dining options.

Dealers don't pay attention dealers gossip and make fun of customers and it seems to be the women who are the ones doing this. Seems to be an ongoing trend. I've been up here four times. I'm a very quiet person, are not professional at all . I said something to management the second time it happened. Nothing has changed. It seems as if the female dealers and even the pit Boss Acts the same way. There are better facilities to go to that. Don't treat you this way that are more professional and kind to their guests.

So I came here with my sister, and this guy put us in a very strange situation. Super aggressive, would not leave us alone, and intoxicated beyond his means ( He snuck into the casino with it), and he basically would not leave us alone. We finally told staff it took them 20 seconds to safely remove him from the casino. Staff constantly reassured us they are ON THE CASE. They wouldn't let this person who scared us back in, and we could be escorted safely to our cars. They were fantastic. Karen, the 2 bartenders on staff, the 2 security gaurds, and the waitress we told. You were ALL amazing. Astonishing. Worked together with such pep in your step. I know this is a rare occurrence, like extremely rare where someone just sneaks in with alcohol and such, but it was handled so BEAUTIFULLY. Felt great after being reassured by staff he would not be returning. You all did an amazing job, thats why I love your casino the most. You guys GET TO WORK when things get weird.
