Super 8 by Wyndham Joliet

We've stayed here a couple times. Always welcoming when checking in and out. Very polite, clean lobby. Room are simple but clean. Close proximity to the Rialto and not far from the casinos.

Super clean room, felt very safe. Fridge was big. Linens smelled fresh. Excellent staff, they actually treated us like guest instead of like they were doing is a favor by letting us stay there. No drifters. Other guest were quiet temp workers. Breakfast from 6-9.

Super eight has been a really great experience. It’s a safe and it’s clean and smells very nice and here . Staff is very sweet. I appreciate them checking on me and making sure that I have everything that I need that area is safe as well . It’s in a great location if you need to go for a gas station or grocery store and I appreciate ketan for checking on me as well he was very helpful and sweet and when I checked in by Aush he was very sweet and he made sure I got to my room safely. I appreciate y’all.

Great hotel with quick service. Fast and easy check in without wait. Breakfast is included and has quality food items, rooms has new towels and comfortable mattresses. My room had fridge, microwave, tv with local channels, and a coffee maker. Showers had good pressure.

Positive: Nothing. Negative: The staff was very rude. Myself and my guest were called racial slurs by the owner when we questioned the quality of our room. The room had an infestation of what looked like bed bugs. The hallways also smelled like marajuana.

There was what appeared to be urine stains on the wall opposite the toilet. The cable TV was limited. We paid for a room with two queen beds and the beds were a full size at best. The staff was banging down the door promptly at 11 as we were getting ready to walk out. This was a Monday night. There is no way they need in the room that quick to turn it around for the following night.

The hotel wasn't that bad for the price. I got two nights for about 170 which is pretty good. They remodeled since the last time I was staying here. I do wish the rooms were slightly less cramped but not bad at all. The motel next to the hotel is kinda sketch but you are close to everything you need and want. The downstairs was clean and so was the room and the front desk person was super helpful. Would come back if back in this area but there are better options if you want to pay more but for cheap this is perfect.
