The Birches

This is my first time living out on my own, and I truly couldn’t have picked a better place to call home. From the very first day I moved in, I felt welcomed and comfortable — like I wasn’t just renting an apartment, but becoming part of a warm and caring community. One of my favorite things is how friendly everyone is. Neighbors wave or say "good morning" as they pass by, and those small gestures make such a big difference. I also feel completely safe coming home at night and walking from my car to my building, which brings so much peace of mind. The location makes everyday life so easy and convenient. Having Maurie’s Pizza on the corner, Jody’s Hot Dogs nearby, a gas station within reach, and even a laundromat for bigger items (though there’s laundry in the building!) makes everything simple and accessible. The office staff truly deserve recognition — they are kind, responsive, and always willing to help. It’s clear they care about the residents and take pride in keeping this community running smoothly. My daughter even chimed in and said she gives our "little world" five stars — and I couldn’t agree more. We absolutely love it here. This place has given us comfort, safety, and a beautiful fresh start. Five stars all the way. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I’ve been living at this apartment complex for the past three years, and overall, it’s been a really great place to call home. The community is well-maintained, clean, and generally quiet, which I’ve always appreciated. Any time I’ve needed maintenance, requests were handled promptly and professionally, and the staff has consistently been friendly and helpful. The apartments themselves are comfortable, with solid layouts. I also like that the complex stays on top of upkeep—common areas are kept clean and landscaping is well cared for. Parking has rarely been an issue, and I feel safe living here. No place is perfect, which is why I’d rate it 4 instead of a full 5, but the minor issues I’ve experienced over the years were always addressed reasonably and never became long-term problems. After three years, I can confidently say this is a well-run complex and a great option for anyone looking for a comfortable, stable place to live. I’d definitely recommend it and would happily live here again.

My boyfriend & I moved in last September in 2025 & we love it ! The ladies in the office are super sweet and helpful. When I first moved in, I had lost my keys & they were super quick in getting me a new set. We also had some issues with our apartment like our dishwasher and closet door and the problem was resolved within 24 hours. The parking lot is always well shoveled and I appreciate the salt that’s always placed. The gym is also basic but has the essentials that you need to get a good workout in. Never had any issues with using the laundry facilities and certainly a friendly neighborhood. So far so good !

Came to the birches just myself and my husband back in 2022 then we welcome our first child in 2023. Diane and her staff was always so helpful with everything. Any issues we had was always handled in a reasonable amount of time and if they couldn't they would always communicate it. We had planned to move out the State in 2025 but things didn't go according to plan and we where then pressed for time with no where to go since we didn't renew the lease but Diane went to bat for us and was able to get us a 2 bedroom which we so desperately needed having a toddler now. We would of literaly been homeless with no where to go if it wasn't for her!!!! Im so happy to be here in a safe community where my child can grow up and be safe 💙

We have been living at The Birches for almost 3 years now. The grounds and buildings are always well maintained. The office staff could not be any nicer. We love using the pool and the gym which are always clean. Best of all we got to bring our beloved pets with us! So happy to have found The Birches.

Hi, my name is Randy apartment 308. I’ve been living at the Birches about six years , And I really loved this place. They always have kept up everything in the area every time I have an issue with my apartment and that’s not always they are there to fix it right away. They are so respectful and polite. Diane is one of the best project managers that I have experienced in my life, when it come to The Birches, All the Ladies working with her are respect , I have no issues recommending somebody to the Birches .

I’ve lived in a two-bedroom apartment at The Birches for about three years now. Any issues I’ve encountered have been minor, and the property management team is always courteous and professional. The community is very friendly, and having a family pool within a block's walk is a fantastic bonus. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced place to call home, I highly recommend checking them out.
